No complaints about Dr. Miffleton, I have been seeing him for years (before the switch to My Eye Dr) and he is wonderful! However, ordering my glasses has been a pain. After waiting weeks for my order to be filled, I was given the wrong frames. Now it seems that I am jumping through hoops to get a different frame (the frames I picked out are no longer available, go figure) and to get a refund for the frames I originally picked out and paid for. Customer service is clueless and just tells you what you want to hear over the phone to pacify you. I have had to go out of my way to make trips to the actual store to speak to the managers to rectify the issue. Still waiting on my second pair of frames so well see how this turns out. As of now, very disappointed with My Eye Dr.

Pros: Eye exam was fine Cons: Ordering glasses If you are going here because you have VSP look elsewhere. I was able to get a better deal using out of network benefits at lenscrafters and received my glasses same day. Going to MyEyeDr. expect a 2-3 week turn around time on glasses. I was also over charged over $80 for extra warranty and coating that I did not ask for. When the glasses finally came the frame was damaged and the lenses were non genuine even though I specifically asked for G15 lenses when ordering. They will not accept returns even if you deny the merchandise as unacceptable.

Doctor Miffleton is wonderful. He is attentive ,knowledgeable, and charming. The service staff are very sales focused and at times contradict what the doctor has instructed. Heavy push to use their package deals. Do the math. Sometimes it is not a deal and sometimes it is. Billing must be checked as well as it is not always accurate.

I love the new upgrade! The best eye exam Ive ever had and got me in same day! The doctor actually took the time and answered all my questions. The front staff were friendly and quick. Angela was super friendly and helpful and didnt push me to purchase. I ended up getting 1yr supplies of contacts for a good price!

Great customer service. The package deal is the way to go. The staff is definitely warm and inviting, and serve one great cup of coffee! You could complain about the cost, but good Lord, have you looked for glass or contacts any where else? It is what it is, they are expensive every where. I recommend them.

Great people! Had to bring my little ones along for my eye exam and they were so wonderful with them! They even helped with my kids while I picked frames, and they tried to save me as much money as possible. Highly recommend.
