FYI I purchased a pair of glasses with a more expensive frame thinking I would have them for several years. I had the anti glare and anti scratch put on my lens as well as transition lens so they were functional as a pair of sunglasses. Total was almost $400. I have taken extremely good care of my glasses.They are 1 1/2 yrs old. I just had cracks develop on my lens by the arms of the frames. I went into Beaufort Eye Care One and talked to Ashley. She looked at them and said "Did you drop them?" Absolutely not I said! Then I was told that "It happens because of solutions you clean with, hairspray and stuff in the air!!" Really??? I use the cleaning solution they told me to! And I told her I had scratchs on my lens, she told me I purchased the Premium package and that only last 6 months!! I dont use hairspray, I dont leave my glasses in the car. I dont go in and out of extreme heat and cold ! You can see by the excellent shape of my frames I take excellent care of my glasses!! I will not be buying anymore glasses there for sure! We all have choices, think twice before you get your glasses here!!

I had a problem with the distance vision in my prescription and the Dr did not want to change the prescription. The Dr. said since I didnt purchase glasses from Eye Care One they didnt need to offer me any other service. My insurance Co called them and they said they would fax the change in the prescription to Walmart which they didnt do that day. Walmart is trying to get Eye Care One to fax over the change to my perscription. Will never do business with Eye Care One again. They also lied about getting my annual benefits reinstated with my insurance Co which I called to check on. The insurance Co said they had not been called by Eye Care One. Buyer be ware!

I have been a patient at Eye Care One for a few years. Very professional and friendly staff. The office and exam rooms are very clean. There is a variety of eye glass frames with reasonable prices. Dr. LaSalle is very knowledgeable and shows concerns for your eye care health. I refer and recommend my family, friends, co-workers, and anyone looking for a professional facility.

The optometrist was very friendly and really was the jewel of this place. However the price for 1 pair of glasses is to expensive. Ashley at the front desk really needs to go and get more training far as customer service she failed big time. She didnt greet me as well she answered the phone and never asked me why I was standing there in front of her.

Awful!! Called on the phone and was told to come in. Arrived and filled out paperwork and then I was told they couldnt fit me in as doc was leaving after their next two patients. Waste of time!!
