Incompetence at its finest. I called to make an appointment for weak abdominal muscles due to pregnancy and a C-section. The woman at the front desk (not a doctor, mind you) told me that I could potentially have an infection, so I needed to see my OB. After informing her that I had already been cleared for 3 weeks already by my OB for any potential infections and was given the green light for ALL activity, she remained insistent. She then claimed I needed a doctor referral anyway, which was inaccurate. I had just called my insurance to verify no referral or prescription was needed, but she told me they gave me the wrong information! So apparently front desk attendants know more about my medical condition than MY DOCTOR and more about my insurance than my INSURANCE PROVIDER! I absolutely did not make an appointment because if they are that incompetent and frustrating in the front, how bad must the treatment be in the back?

My name is Judith M Garcia and Im currently receiving treatment at your center in Cutler Bay. Firstly Id like to commend you on the professionalism in staffing in said facility. Im privileged to have Angel Sanchez, PT,DPT as my Therapist. Theres not enough words to describe the course of treatment given by him where Im dealing an over 50% ratio of improvement. Im also very grateful to Kevin Silveria for patiently showing me the adequate techniques. Both these gentlemen are truly an asset to your corporation. Would highly recommend and would definitely return if further treatments are needed on my self.

I have been volunteering at Cora rehab cutler bay. I am planning on becoming a PT and Im learning a lot from the Physical Therapists and PTAs which is making me want to peruse this career more and more. Since the first day they made me feel welcomed and they were happy to teach me. From the girls in the front desks to the OT in the back everyone is very helpful and supportive. I hope one day Ill be able to work along people like this.

The office is clean, the staff is professional and courteous. We finally found relief for my sons Patellar Tendinitis. The staff has done an excellent job of combining treatment and education to teach my son how to properly stretch to prevent further and future injury. He also gets a great workout regiment to strengthen his knee and the supporting muscles. Special thanks to Noris Perez and her staff they are EXCELLENT!!!

Vanessa Sonntag, you must be as stupid as you look and sound. You clearly have no idea what you are talking about. If you are NOT a cash payer and you are going through your insurance then you ABSOLUTELY need a referral in order for your insurance to pay. Do you expect these good people to work for free? Know what you are talking about before you start name calling and leaving inaccurate comments.

The front desk girls are amazing. Very patient and understanding. Love the therapist they helped me start walking on my own. They also used state of the art manual therapy for example: graston technique and rock taping. They treated me like their own family. Rehab was done for 2 months and now I am running. Recommend this clinic to everyone!!!

Had a lot of pain on my feet after my long run and could barely walk. Regained my mobility, after a few sessions with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great hands on therapy, Graston, and specific strengthening exercises. Highly recommend.
