One Friday, late in the afternoon, our rambunctious raterrier/Chihuahua started to bleed at the surgery site where she was spayed. In panic I called AMC office, they told me to bring her in right away. They also assured me that they would keep the office open to wait for us, if we could not made it before closing time. Needless to say that we were so grateful for the caring and kindness that was shown to us. and our pet. After that itsy Bitsy was kept in her crate for a full 10 days, and she healed beautifully. Out other dog Sandra, an Aussie/collie mix, also a rescue, is crazy about Dr. Wilson . Sandra started pulling us to the office as soon as we parked. Sandra knows that Dr. Wilson loves & cares for her, and is very gentle and expert in giving her painless shots and exam. Besides remembers the pets name and care for their well being, Dr. Wilson also asks about our concerns and worries. One time she asked me, if we took some vacations. At the time I did not realize it, but later on I knew that she must saw my colorful straw hat (I got it in Mexico recently) that I had on , but she was too tactful to mention it. LOL .

Incredibly rude and condescending towards me, due to their own mistake. I thought Id give the place that had recently opened up across the street a chance. It looked nice from the outside, and seemed nice when I went inside for the appointment. The receptionist who checked us in and the veterinary assistant were both very polite. The veterinarian herself and the woman who checked us out were both very brusk, and the veterinarian made extremely condescending remarks the whole time. They both treated me like ignorant trash. It turned out that the secretary did not understand what "c/o" means, and so had tried to retrieve my grandmothers dogs records from her vet using a non-existent name. I can only hope that they did not give the wrong shots due to their incompetence in verifying what was due and their incompetence in addressing the issue properly.

I have fours rescue cats who let me share a roof with them. Due to health problems incurred while living in the wild, they probably visit with Dr. Willson and her excellent staff more often than they would like. At 70+, rounding them up and making the trip to the Doctors office is much more exciting than I would like but that is the true cost of getting professional care. The staff is well educated and supplemented by several caring interns and two Traveling Veterinarians. The Animal Medical Center in Eustis has earned my trust and goes the extra distance with services offered; for a modest fee, Dr. Wilson will make house calls and the few times that I have had to use walk-in services I have been greeted with courtesy and usually short waiting times.. First Class outfit.

We had our little dog in with a major injury to his side by our other big dog. He was really, really bad. They took him in and kept him for a week in order for him to heal. He had staples and drains and a doughnut around his neck. The staff and Drs are by far amazing! If I could give 10 stars I would. They called us every day to tell us how he was doing which was SO nice and comforting. Ive been to a lot of vets in my lifetime and these guys are top notch!! Thank you AMC for taking care of our little guy Junior!!

We brought our six month old German Shepherd in for a small emergency with flea dermatitis and they didnt have any appointments, so they let us in as a work-in appointment. They took care of him as if he were set up for an appointment and were very quick and professional. The facility is a converted bowling alley and is very stress-free and loving. We love it here and have found our new vet. The pricing is amazing, so they are obviously not in it for the money. They genuinely care about your pets and you.

We, and our pet, always get such great treatment from all the staff and Dr. Wilson just has such a pleasant manner. We never feel pressured, and being able to talk things over with your vet is great...And not being pushed into what to do. Highly recommended.

What would I have done without the doctors and angel staff? They cared for my darling old basset hound and were so very kind to me through the most difficult time. I will take my new puppy to them when the time comes. God bless all of you!
