We brought our best friend of 7 years in to be out down after 8 months of battling lymphoma. The staff was very kind and understanding, and the procedure itself was done very compassionately, and we were allowed to be in the room with her for her final moments. Then the mistake. Apparently, somewhere in a form or excel sheet, we had been marked for a communal cremation. Meaning that we do not get the ashes back. I was VERY clear when we made the appt that we wanted to have her ashes returned to us. I am thankful for the service they provided. However I am devastated that we will not be able to take Her ashes home with us

Wonderful experience, great energy in the office. We came to her because we had a bad experience with with Associates of Veterinary Medicine giving my cat a vaccine improperly, and without my consent. I was visibly affected by that experience, but Dr. Sauers and her staff handled me with compassion and understanding. They took good care of our cat, who has some serious issues. And, Dr. Sauer didnt push vaccines when she realized I wasnt a big fan. We plan to go back to Dr. Saeur with all of our pets. Highly recommended.
