My family has been going to Dr. Kartsonis for about 11 years. When he moved his practice from baptist primary I tried my best to figure out where he went because my family did not want to trust their care to anyone else. I checked the states website to see when his practice address might change so Id know where his new office was. When I kept hitting a dead end I eventually email him. He responded and invited my family to continue their care with him which was what I was hoping to accomplish in the first place. The relationship dr k has with his patients can not be refabricated with some new dr they hired. He is so through and he always tries to give his patients the most affordable option when it comes to prescriptions. I called to change a medication that was not covered he pointed me in the direction of a pharmacy in which I could take the same medication I had been in an affordable way without insurance. I like also that he remembers his patients. For insurance reason I saw another doctor for awhile. Although the other doctor was nice he didnt know me and couldnt possibly remember me or my family. Doctor k also isnt lacking in personality he will give you a good laugh Im sure for one reason or another. Even when you disagree on Politics he can make you smile

Dr. Kartsonis saved my life! He calmed all my fears regarding my heart surgery & believe me there were many, he referred me to 1 of the best doctors I couldve ever had treat me. When I went for my surgery my heart surgeon informed me that if not for the procedure he needs to perform my life could end any day! Im so grateful to have a Doctor who actually cares about his patients opposed to Doctors just receiving a paycheck & having no compassion whatsoever for their patient. Thank u so much for all the years youve taken care of me. Absolutely the best Doctor Ive had in my 52 years!!
