Your nurses need trained! . When im getting blood drawn and have a 2year old who is borderline autistic and a nurse picks up my daughter and moves her out of my sight. Doesnt ask her to move or if i can move my child. She has a screaming meltdown and all i get is a "my bad" totally unexceptable. Dont touch someone child with out addressing the parents.

Dingy office, some of the staff is rude, doctor rushes through your appt after hes half an hour late seeing you and doesnt care to listen to all your needs or concerns.
