I was not impressed with the way this office is ran. The office manager is very incompetent, rude and does not listen. I have never missed appointments at any doctor and was told I did not cancel in enough time and was charged 25.00 for a missed appointment. I tried to call the day before my appointment only to get a very rude answering service and then called the next morning very early to cancel. Whenever you call you are always put on hold forever. I have been on heart medication for a few years from my previous doctor (who passed away) and also I am over 40. My records were never transferred and the doctor never one time did any kind of baseline studies which I think is a bit odd. He just kept prescribing my medications based on what I told him about my past and did this for about 3 years. I never had any blood work ordered ever. I would never recommend this practice to anyone!

My husband and I have been patients with Jackson Family Practice since at least 1997, and our two teenage daughters have always received their primary care here. We love this practice (both health-care providers and office staff), and the consistently good care has positively impacted our lives.

The office staff is very very rude! It took them 2 days to get back to me regarding getting an order for a preventative Mamogram. There is a history of Breast Cancer in my family. The staff that called me was very dismissive and hung up on me. I will never return.

I highly recommend Jackson Family Practice. The Doctors, PAs and Staff are helful, knowledgeable and very kind. Also.... They actually answer the phones at Jackson Family Practice and always get back to you in a timely manner ! Thats always a plus!
