I only give two stars due to the fact they actually were able to see me.... but My experience with the staff was unfriendly. They greeted me with, "What do you need?" They were speaking amongst themselves in Spanish while I waited about 5 minutes or more to be assisted. The staff lacked customer service and lacked a quality of professionalism. Setting up an appointment was a nightmare. Being alone, injured, unable to work took me a very long time to setup the appointment but receptionists and operators werent making things comfortable with their responses nor with their effort, which made me unsure to go in the first place. I went to see someone and the doctor I made the appointment with wasnt even in the office. The staff couldnt even locate to who I was suppose to see, even with the proof of paperwork and email confirmation that was sent to me by their practice. I had to see someone else, who was a nurse in practice. I was a decent experience. She seem to know what she was doing but never really checked to see what was really wrong with me. A diagnosis was never made but a sheet of an overload over the counter pain killers I have to take and more doctors to see whos not even under my network, forcing me to go back to the drawing board, due tot the lack of service and sense of professionalism and consideration, make more unnecessary calls, causing more stress under my condition I am in. Its been beyond disappointing. After I go to be seen, I call the number provided and the operator with a rotten, insensitive attitude and had told me I cant speak to her with my medical concerns and told me I had to drive back to the office to make another appointment to see her and ask my questions, even though I explain that I am unable to move. The sense of awareness was a -5 out 10. When I was transferred to someone else, I was waiting for 20+ minutes and was send to voicemail that did not identify to the nurse I desired to speak to... The telephone services are a complete nightmare. I would not recommend coming here if you hope to get taken cared of and if you have the standard of basic good service, and have a professional actually know rather than "thinking" whats wrong have actually HELP you.

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with a primary care physician. This place is a joke just yesterday I called three times you dont even have one second to open your mouth they put you on hold yesterday three times each at 11 minutes never once did they come to the phone I just hung up. I have never seen the real doctor not once I see a nurse who stares at her computer and doesnt touch you she just sits there and types what you tell her. If she gives you prescriptions dont follow the doctors orders on the bottle like I did. I got a prescription for pain and it was 30 pills and I took it as directed. Well that was enough for ten days. I called to get another refill and was treated like a common drug abuser. I am in pain with a knee issue. To the best of my knowledge doctors offices have data bases for people who do abuse pain killers and my name would not be found on that list. And the office that is a common joke especially if you speak the language called English everyone in there is Spanish and you feel like your in a large room and all you hear is that obnoxious language all over the place. And if you look around everyone patient is Spanish I am the odd duck out here I am an English speaking American. I nicknamed that place last year Spanish Harlem. I am in the process of calling my insurance company now and trying to get a new PCP. If I have to go one more time to these idiots it will be too much for me. Stay away from this place is all I can say. The insurance I have is an HMO so I have to get referrals and that will be only another two months I will be on a PPO which is much easier. When a person doesnt feel well and to be disrespected and treated with no dignity at all is enough for me to never ever go back. I am on the phone right now trying to get rid of their stupid ass. Yes, I am irate and yes I am getting rid of them as we speak. Total garbage they are.

I had an appointment with Dr. Del Sol, which was made at 9:45am for 11:45am same day, due to not feeling well. I arrived for my appointment at 11:20am, signed in, and took a seat. At 12 PM (40 minutes later, which is a normal wait time for this office) the front desk started asking questions about my chart and I overheard them talking about my appointment. Thats when the nurse came to the front desk and started discussing things with the girl working the front desk. I could not hear what they were discussing, but I could tell something was going on. I was the only patient sitting in the waiting room waiting to be seen. I then see the doctor speaking to the woman working the front desk in Spanish (so I dont know what was said), she looks over at me and walks away with an attitude. Not saying a word to me. The girl working the front desk then informs me that the doctor is refusing to see me and I can either wait until 1 PM (after her lunch) (which is another hour and Ive already waited 40 minutes) or reschedule, because the doctor is on her lunch break. I am livid. I waited 40 minutes patiently to be seen by the doctor, but she refuses to see me (because of a mistake made by her staff) because shes on her lunch break?? I find that appalling, rude, and extremely unprofessional. It wouldve taken her no more than 15-20 minutes of her time to see me. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this office. If I could give them less than one star I would.

Wish I could NOT even give 1 star. The lack of customer service is beyond horrible. The doctors there give you a fixed amount of time because the admin is maximizing how many patients a Dr can see in 1 day, not how effective the DR can be by spending the appropriate amount of time needed on an individualized basis( THEY CARE MORE ABOUT QUANTITY THAN QUALITY OF CARE). My own experience has been like so many others and that I too am suffering from pain and it takes me forever to get a schedule an appointment over the phone or even discuss my problems with a DR; if I bring up more that one problem in a visit, The Dr will only discuss the problem I made an appointment for and tell me to make another appointment to talk about other problems in his rush to get me out the door. The staff is rude, incompetent and often misplace information or make referrals to wrong doctors or dont even give referrals even though my insurance does cover it. For example when I requested a referral for a specialist it took a full 2 weeks and multiple phone calls for them to finally tell me the could NOT find someone to refer me too and that I need to find the specialist myself, how frustrating. In summary, DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AT THIS CLINIC THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND WILL TREAT YOU TERRIBLY. Not only do I wish I can give them less than 1 star, but that I can give them a negative 10 star rating. This is at the Altamonte Springs locationSSS on Douglas Ave
