This place is horrible!!!! I work at another physicians office (not a FCP) as an MA and have been a patient here for years. Within the last year (2014) this place has gone down ALOT! First off the rude MA didnt walk me to my room she just told me to walk down this hall and its 4 rooms down to the left. No room number or anything! Plus she never came by to check on me! Every office I have been to working or not the MA ALWAYS walks the patient down to the room and closes the door behind after giving instructions. Second thing, when Ive gotten to my room, which Im guessing was beside the physicians office, he had music playing so loud and was singing!!! Then I noticed how dirty the room was. It was like a dirty motel you wouldnt think twice about staying in. The walls needed to be painted, new carpeting because it smelled old and needs holes patched in the walls. Thirdly, when the physician walked in he called me Mrs. Brown. IM NOT MRS. BROWN!!! He had the wrong room and definitely the wrong patient. At that point, I was ready to go! Didnt want to be seen... After waiting 45 mins and still havent been seen listening to todays hits blaring in exam room, seeing how unoganized and dirty a doctors office was, I wasnt in the mood anymore and not going back! My records will be transferred to another office outside of FCP!

Terrible service I cant even get in to see any doctors anymore the need more doctors!! And the ladies at the front desk are arrogant and rude your just another pay check to them thats all they care about Ive been coming here since I was little and the place has grew into such trash you have to get on to them about referrals and calling them constantly for results I shouldnt have to tell someone how to do their job thats what they get paied for and ER care is just as bad as well for one there is no medical doctor on site while a nurse practitioner is there and they turned me down because a medical doctor has to be there such bs if you ask me everyone needs to change their attitudes some doctors are sweet but its not worth it when you can go somewhere else get quicker treatment and not have to deal with constant bs the place is getting so crowded you cant even get to see your primary doctor anymore until like 4 weeks to a month later way to go family care for sucking

Love Dr. Hamilton & Dr. Anna Chung. Most of the ladies at the front desk are nice. Today however, I was not treated well. I called a day ago to have a document faxed to me. The clerk did not tell me it would take 24 hours. It wasnt until I called again today to ask where the fax that I was told about the 24 hours for them to fax over a one page document (a Physical). I arrived to pick up the document and I was told oh maam we are closed. (THINKING REALLY:Just hand me my document and verify my drivers license). I was I received the dirtiest look. The attitude from this young lady was so rude. I would not be going through this if communication was better. Plus there are no hours on the door to tell you what time they open and close. Please do better! Other the poor customer service I receive from time to time I love this place!

Over the last year or so the quality of service my family & I have received has gone down greatly. When trying to make an appointment to be seen it seems like there are never any appointments available. Most recently I called multiple times to speak with the billing department (left messages) & never received any phone call in the 24 hours like the voice mail says. I have also tried to get help from other options on the phone & only received an attitude from the lady telling me that I just need to call back the next day. Yes, having the lab on site & a pharmacy close is very nice, but this doctor’s office is not the only one that offers that. Also my last 3 appointments I have no clue why they schedule you because they have never been on time or even within a 15 minute range of getting the patient called to the back.

I only hit the star icon to be able to leave my opinion of this hideous place thats titled as a primary care facility. My first time going I seen Dr. Kardeshe or however you spell it, but anyway he provoked my mental illness and treated me like a joke. Second time going I seen Dr. Boone and his asst, he is truly the most un-compassionate human Ive ever met. He treated me like a pill head looking for a high. When yes I do cope with my chronic pain but first and foremost I was there for my health medication. I wouldnt even recommend my dog going to that place. The entire facility and staff minus a couple of women at the desk, were utterly unprofessional and theres absolutely no compassion for the patients there. I give them no stars just -negatives-

Would give less than one star if it was possible. Every time my kids have an appointment they manage to mess something else up and waste my time. My daughter was referred to Nemours for a cast and upon arriving for her appointment I was told Family Care Partners said she wasnt their patient (theyre the ones gave me the referral). Also had my son scheduled for surgery 2 months in advance and almost had to miss it once again because they neglected to send his referral. The dentist had to personally call and speak with their supervisor, just to give you an idea of just how unprofessional these people are. If youre like me and you didnt have any other options but to go here, then best of luck to you and be prepared to have your time wasted.

My doctor stated that if I dont schedule any appointments that I cant get a prescription refill its not like its any type of drugs its birth control I have a 4 month old and Im now pregnant again thanks a lot to my doctor and they have now closed off the kids side my 2year old is potty trained she had to use the RR she tried to get there as quickly as possible and was upset to find out that the kids bathroom is no longer there and I a rush not to soil her clothes she trip and fell injuring her knees I asked for the manager he never showed I also called he never called back they I am very disappointed in the service there I will be calling BBB AND THE NEWS STATIONS

I had an appointment at 9:15 got a call at 8:39 said my appointment had to be canceled because my doctor called out... I had reschedule for that day came in to see a doctor about my skin breaking out he said "it looks eczema" gave me a shot of cortisone ,pills & a cream & was supposed to have a referral to see a dermatologist 2 days later my skin broke out worst broke out all over my body I had hives and there was no referral I had to call everyday to get it put in and here it is day 4 of me trying to get it put in! I Hate Family Care Partners ... But the staff was nice
