I called to schedule an appt as a new patient and the receptionist denied me to schedule an appt, even tho they take my insurance and I answer her questions regarding the appt that I needed, when I asked for her name she hung up the phone on me!! This had never happened to me before I receptionist that gets to choose who she gives an appt to and dont
