Dr Cole is awesome, very thorough exam and takes time to listen to concerns. Office staffs customer service leaves much to be desired. I and my family are not first time customers. I, along, with my mother had appointments on the same date. My mother received her contact lenses a few weeks later, I did not. My parent called to inquire and was told I had not called to confirm that lenses fit properly. I was slightly confused, as these were the same brand as I was previously prescribed AND my mom had not called to confirm that she had proper fitting either but had received her lenses...again the same brand as mine. I was then told that the lenses would be ordered and should arrive in a few weeks, which was last year (2016). Weeks pass, no call, no lenses. My mom again called the office 1/11/17. This time she was told lenses were on back order and would be in next week. Mom called today (I am out of state in college) and informed lenses would be in next week and that a tracking number for the delivery had been given. Wait! So last week when we were told theyd be in this week there was no actual tracking number then? My family and I are frustrated, but mainly disappointed. A simple phone call wouldve gone a long way, common courtesy. Its been over 2 1/2 months.

This is the worst place I ever went to!!! It has been over a month and still dont have my husbands glasses!! First they say its the insurance fault..and in the same sentence she said that glasses were made wrong...witch one is it?? she wouldnt give me the number to the people making the glasses then I said you call them for us while we were there she said no...wouldnt call the doctor so we could talk to him...said they would be there no later then Thursday we go to pick them up and they are closed.... go back Friday still no glasses when we left on Tuesday we said if they glasses are not here by Thursday tell the doctor to have our refund ready...now she said it will be Wednesday till we can get our money back...how hard is it to write a check??? the glasses are not here and cant get money back to take our business some where where they want to take care of there costumers.. The doctor has not even talk to us about the problems we having.. As far as I can see they take your money and then its your problem...I will never come back or send any one there!!!! I never had to wait more then 3 days for glasses and here it is a month and still nothing!!!! Very bad business!!!

I am so pleased with the care and services received at Cole Optics. One of the best eye exams Ive ever had. Bought 2 pair of awesome glasses. I will be a repeat customer. The staff are very helpful and the building is clean,& comfortable.

I had a great visit. The doctor was very good and now I have no headache! Some things bought staff I agree with but so far with me they have been nice and helpful
