We have seen Dr. Causey in two consecutive years now. Both experiences were very similar. He is a lovely man and very kind to children - we had no problems within the actual appointment. However both times we showed up a few minutes early, and two hours later we were still there, waiting to be fitted for glasses. Last week, we chose frames in literally 6 minutes then waited 45 mins before someone was available to fit/order them. Then as we were leaving finally, someone stopped us that the girls needed to see the doctor one last time while their eyes were still dilated... after we had waited for 45 mins without being spoken to. We were also told that the glasses we ordered should be in the office in 2 days, but 8 days later they still did not have them in nor did they have a date when they expected them in. I do not think we will use Causey Eyecare again even though we really liked Dr. Causey on both occasions.

These people couldnt care less if you are having an eye emergency or not. I scratched my eye to the point my vision is severely impaired, asked to be seen and was told that they wouldnt be able to see me. Was told that they MAY could see me at 5pm. I told her I was leaving town and needed to see the dr asap and the receptionist was very rude and said they couldnt help me. I was told to see my eye care professional by my urgent care clinic. Guess they dont want me as a customer. I will be contacting my insurance company to report these people. Dont go here if you value your self worth

My experience is does not have an appointment until a month later give you appointment at times where kids are at school and parents are working. Also was not flexible in suggesting other times even if there Google states that they are open until 6pm. Saturdays are filled until October so dont even call. Called another Doctor and quickly was accommodated and taken care of at times that made sense over 3 weeks before the appointment given.

Dr. Causey is amazing. Very personable and knowledgeable. He takes his time with each patient and answers each and every question. It does take a little while to get an appointment, but that is because they are very busy. I did need an after 4 p.m. appointment so that kept me limited, but even then, I only waited 2 weeks. Id rather wait to see a great doctor than get a quick appointment with a so so doctor.

Wonderful experience every time. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and has the patients best interest in mind. Its never about "making a sell" like I have experienced from other doctors in the past. You will never be given a prescription unless absolutely necessary. Will never go to anyone else. This place is the only one I trust!

Wonderful Dr. and staff. Very knowledge and passionate. He takes his time with patients and doesnt rush. All staff is very knowledgeable and they make sure you feel comfortable and at home at their office.
