After losing my previous glasses and stretching my last couple pairs of monthly contacts perhaps *way* beyond their limits, I followed recommendations to try The Eye Site. After a thorough eye exam, Dr. Dietz not only got a good prescription together for new glasses, but also followed up with me on how I was doing with the trial lenses. I was having problems with comfort on the first couple pairs of trial lenses, but Dr. Dietzs continued follow-up helped us find the right brand for me. Outstanding team and service. I would definitely send family and friends here.

I saw Dr. Dietz after moving to New Albany and leaving my eye doctor of over 15 years. He and the staff really made the experience a great one! They were all very friendly and answered any and all questions I had about my eye care. They even told me things my old eye doctor didnt! Cindy, the optician at the office, was extremely helpful when it came time to pick new glasses. She was very personable and knowledgeable about eyeglass fittings. I now feel comfortable at my new eye doctor and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new optometrist!

The Eye Site is clean, professional and current. Ive been a patient for more than 10 years and travel about 20 miles for the excellent service and atmosphere. Nancy R. Dietz, O.D., is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The selection of eye wear is extensive and current as well. There are lots of eye doctors, but these professionals take fabulous care of me and my family.

They are not really pushy, I never feel pressured into expensive procedures or eyewear, every staff member is incredibly helpful and kind, and the eye doctor is friendly and personable. i have referred friends to their office and would definitely recommend them to anybody who is looking for an affordable and friendly eye doctor.

Great office and very polite staff. I had a few questions and they were not only willing to help but were also patient with me. The appointment itself was a half hour which was great since I went in during my lunch hour. I would recommend this optometrist to anyone who is local.
