A good friend of mine, who is far too nice of a person to post anything, has been treated horribly at Distinctive Eyewear. Never heard of such poor customer service from some of the mainstay staff. You would not be able to hold down a job at McDonalds with those attitudes. This place seems to be run by dinasaurs from an era when you were the only choice in town. I think you are feeling the pinch since competition in the eyeglass market is fierce. There are sooooooooooo many choices. If you dont have exceptional customer service going for you-THEN YOU HAVE NOTHING. I will be telling everyone of this experience until my friend gets a proper apology from the persons involved. Until then, this is a reminder that negative word of mouth is going to hurt your bottom line the most. You probably need a very thick monocle to read your dwindling bank statements-I cant imagine that your business is thriving with such rude maniacs at the helm.

I have been going to Distinctive Eyewear for at least 12 years. I have referred several teacher friends and family members. I go every year and love the large selection of frames. Elizabeth is my personal fashion expert and gives great advice about which frames compliment my face shape and hair color. They are professional and very helpful with paperwork and insurance details. I would never go any where else because of the excellent service, selection, and personal touch given by the ladies at Distinctive Eyewear!

I have been going to see Distinctive Eyewear for years and have have always had great service. They have worked with me back when when I didnt have insurance to make sure I could afford new glasses. Now with their new location they offer an even bigger selection and have even added another doctor! I have never had an issue with Elizabeth or any of her staff. They are always friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make me feel welcome when I walk in. Would recommend them to everyone!

I have NEVER had a bad experience here. The ladies have always been friendly and helpful. Dr. Kendrick is thorough and patient. Unfortunately for me I recently had to find a new optician because of a change of insurance but I still stop in from time to time and Elizabeth is always happy to help me out with an adjustment even if my glasses were not purchased there.
