Called for an emergency. Another vet has already taken all of my money and not treated my poor 7 month old kitten. I asked if they would be willing to work with me on a payment plan, or if they knew anyone who would. I have exhausted all my resources. They told me they would not help me because ONE person had stiffed them. I have never had to ask for help on a vet bill before. I have always paid cash for my accounts. This is an emergency that could take the life of my poor baby and all they care about is getting their cash up front. Do not go here. They obviously dont care about your animals. The receptionist was extremely rude to me when I started crying and said "you have no reason to get upset with me." Yeah, ok. Ill just watch this sweet little girl die because every vet in the county is more worried about getting their money upfront than helping their customers take care of their animals.

Dr. Lab is an awesome vet, she worked with us with information on home care for our new boy and even helped us to get his visit payed for. All the staff members are great with luke (our dog) and us, they greet us when we came in and brought Luke back right away. We love bringing our boy here because we know he will be well cared for.

Dr. Lab is always on the ball when I come in with my pup. Her staff always treats me and my dog with care, and helps give me information on any questions I may ask. The dr works with me and my baby. I would recommend her to anyone i know that needs a vet to take their furbaby to.

Dr Lab and her nurses are amazing with our two dogs!! Our husky puppy loves getting attention and so does our bull mastiff Bull. They are gentle and very caring. We will always go to them first thing if we have and issue and encourage other to as well!!!

Everytime I see the Doctor Lab or any of her techs, I feel at home. Very professional and they certainly know what they are doing. I have numerous options to go somewhere else, and refuse to do so. They are Grand in every aspect of there profession.
