I needed some stitches removed from the paw of an injured kitten Id just adopted, and I was excited to find this place, as its really close to home. When I arrived, the receptionist/assistant was very friendly (she even ran my paperwork outside when I forgot it on the counter, which was great). Unfortunately, the vet was running 40 minutes late. Irritating, but I know, emergencies happen. When we finally got into a room and the vet looked at her stitches, though, he immediately sighed loudly in annoyance and complained -- with me sitting there -- how much he hates taking out other vets stitches. Nothing like making a brand-new client feel bad for coming to you. :/ I also felt that he was rough with my 3 lb. kitten, who screamed as if her life depended on it as they pushed her into the table to remove her 3 little stitches. I was told to ignore her; she was being "dramatic". This tiny girl otherwise doesnt even have an audible meow. That first visit left me feeling not-so-great. I get it, things happen, people have bad days, youre behind and busy and in a hurry. But, like most people, I really love my pets. Ill travel a little further for someone who will love them too.

The staff and doctor are amazing! Our cat loves going here as they treat him so great. They offer feline only boarding which is awesome as less stressful on our four legged loved one when were out of town. He simply loves staying there with the attention and care hes given. We would use no other location for our furry loved ones medical care and boarding. Highly recommend this location!

Dr. Eric and his lovely partner Shannon could not have been any more perfect! They were compassionate, competent and helpful during a very difficult time for our family while caring for our very sick cat. You will not find a better vet anywhere and I would recommend them to anyone. Its so wonderful to find someone who cares for your pet like you do. Thank you from our whole family.

I took my rescue dog for a new patient appointment. The staff and Dr were excellent (better than most people doctors I have been to). Very clean and nicely set up. I plan to go again for future checkups. Only reason I didnt give a five is that I have only been there once so far. I only give fives for consistently great service.

I had an emergency situation with my cat that required immediate attention. I brought him in as a new patient, and my experience with Dr. Bregman and his staff was everything I could have hoped for. They handled the situation with professional calm and respect. I will be trusting the health of my other cats in the future.

The vet is fine. My problem is he has a middle age employee that does nothing but argue with him and now a young receptionist that has no clue what shes doing. Its very uncomfortable to be sitting there with my pet to hear the receptionist argue and get the vet upset before he comes in to see your pet.
