We had to call DCF on the elderly abuse line to report his abuse/neglect/and mistreatment. The investigation is complete and we are waiting for the affidavit to sign for release of the final investigation report. UPDATE: The report came, and to our unbelief this place was prepared for opposition, they had falsified records stating dad had been turned every 1.5 - 2 hours, that he was bathed every day, and made our family out to be untamable! All I can say is God knows the truth, we know the truth, and what they lied about will come back on them someday, if anyone wants to see 17 DVDs of proof we have them. They even had the nerve to accuse mom of posting on Google that she was going to "take them down"...ridiculous lies!

My mom only been here a couple days. I would rate this place as a 0. The tech staff act like they are not concerned at all. Had to go everyday so far to find my mom dirty like her face was not even washed. I thought this was a top of the line place. Then some of the nurses dont know what is going on, everybody giving different answers to same question. So we agreed for her to go since it is so small thought care would be better. So I drive about 30 minutes everyday just to make sure she get cleaned good one time a day. Which I do not mind, but they need to re evaluated their staff again.

Not to happy with some of the staff, they act like they have to go out of there way to take care of my mother, if you dont like to give all your care to the PTs in the facility, then there is no need for you to be in that line of work.. you be come a NP or RT or what ever cause you enjoy the work and enjoy making the PT feel better. not to make the PT feel like they are putting you out of your way or act like they are not even their.. Need more caring staff at this facility.

Friendly staff. Great doctors. Even the food is good. The staff was very accomodating when my wife would come to stay with me on the weekends. Highly recommend for anyone who needs long term acute care.
