This dental office completely let me down. I had made this my dentist since my first appointment last year. I felt at ease going back as my first appointment went so well. This was not the case this time. The receptionist John confirmed the wrong appointment time and had me come 3 hours after my actual appointment. On top of the obvious concern he told me Id be charged for no show. I was there 20mins early to the appointment he confirmed with me. He VERY RUDELY stated that my appointment was 3 hours earlier. I couldnt believe this. He then told me that appointment for the time hed confirmed with me didnt show so they could "fit me in".. how nice right? NOT!! New hygienist ALERT!! The worst cleaning experience Ive ever had in my life. This women made me think of a pan handler or ex con. No rude and no personality. She even made the comment that I set her schedule back by not showing earlier!!! I explained to her my appointment was for now.. maybe thats why there was an opening. This whole experience was terrible. I wont be back EVER!

Spoke with a young lady which I informed her I would need to cancel my appointment. Day of my appointment I get a call which I returned the missed call to find out I was still scheduled. The young man informed me to be able to reschedule I would have to pay a $45 fee. I cont to ask why and explained I talked to a girl that worked for them about scheduling and I cancelled my appt with her. The office manager said his screen shows it was a confirmed appointment. The office manager named John was extremely rude and unprofessional. He cut me off while explaining my side of the story and basically called me a liar. The Doctors and the rest of the staff are great, I have raved about their practice since I first started going there. However I will no longer refer anyone I know to their offices due to the absolute rudeness of John. The only way I will ever return there is if I receive a letter informing me of Johns termination. His professionalism just jeopardized tens of thousands of dollars in business. Extremely disappointed.

Love this office! Actually was up front, didnt up sale, and no pressure for any treatment work. However, they do warn you with caution if dental work is needed and you dont do it - Im glad they did b/c I got my cavities filled for very reasonable prices - Im a cash patient! I got quoted $300-500 for a simple extraction and here was HALf off! Also, if you have those silver fillings that look all nasty when you smile - Dr Hur can fix that up in no time! I had a few since I was a kid and I spoke to Dr Hur about refilling a few of them because I didnt like the dark shades when I smiled and he filled those for me in no time! Cheap too! John made me feel very confidant about my treatment plan and broke down what I needed STAT and what I could wait for based on my financial situation. He also knocked a few bucks off on certain procedures when he was bundling them for me as well. Thanks!

I wanted to take the time to write a review about the amazing experience I recently had at T & C Dental in Largo. I will preface this review by saying that I am someone who has a huge fear and a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist. The friendly, professional office staff, combined with the conscientious chair-side manner of the Doctor Thai Hur, were immediately apparent and reassuring. The office is very clean, modern, beautiful artwork dresses the walls and high tech equipment with panoramic dental X ray and TV screens. My experience at T & C Dental was wonderful! The work they did was well done and very affordable! I highly recommend this dental practice.

After just my first visit this office has remembered my name just by seeing my face and would greet me before I walked up to the counter. They all seem to be on the same page as one another as well. The service I have received from them so far as been good too. I decided on my own to not take a sedative for most of my work, but one tooth I started to feel more pain then I was comfortable with. They took the time to administer the drug before continuing the work that was needed to be done. Again, I am the one that decided to not take the sedative even after they recommended I take it. So, experience so far has been good...

I come here for all my dental care because the staff is genuine and the doctor is very helpful and reassuring. His pinching of my cheeks made the shots I received bearable and the fillings a breeze - Im a scardy cat! Very reasonable prices for extractions - other places charged 2x as much and crowns are dirt cheap compared to what coast dental wanted from me. You all should give them a try - their largo location opens twice a week. Thanks dr Hur and staff!

I was down in florida for school, and I needed a dental place to go to and I stumble into this office and I wasnt expecting much but it was awesome, the service was great and they treated me like family although it was my first time here, I felt Welcome by all the staffs and the people were proffeaional to all level. I recomanded my friend and family who live in Florida to come here. I gave it five stars cuz the level of professionalism.

Im on a fixed income and prices were right and the doctor was very helpful. Everything was explained prior to the work being done you actually get a warranty! Hygienist is very friendly and very thorough - something I find very important! Staff are friendly and not pushy. Glad I come here on a regular bases (been here since 2013). I promise you they wont up sale you - thats from an old lady!

Dr. Hur and the staff are the best! Very professional and caring. Be sure to check out the clear correct (invisible braces)! I went to many of the local orthodontists and Dr. Hur gives the best prices for all of his treatments. The staff and Dr. Hur explain the entire process so youre comfortable with everything. 10/10 would recommend.

Great atmosphere and beautiful office. Front office Sandra, John, Missy are all very sweet and caring people. I got teeth whitening here with a pair of trays same day service and I couldnt be anymore pleased with their treatment towards me. Small mom and pop operation and giving good vibes!
