I dropped off my cat there yesterday at10 am. There was only 1 patient in front of her. She was left in the same carrier bag all day. At 3 pm they called me and said that they could not take her out of the bag because she was too irritable. I would be too if I was left 5 hours without being able to move and walk around. I rushed there to help get her out and had to leave my work unatended. When i got there at 3:15 they said they close at 5 so it was too late to do all the work that had to be done. When I went there my cat was in the carrier on a corner on the floor crying. You can be the judge of this inhumane treatment.

Took both my cats for deworming , and one of them had a deep cleaning of her teeth, no more bad breath! She is just fine thank God! Very kind people, could be a little organized and modernized but you know its a tiny place, but took good care of my cats.
