Fast quick service. Just moved to the area and our dog had to be boarded for ten days while we moved our stuff here. When we picked him up he had lost 6# and developed a constant sneeze and reverse sneeze. Called Banfield Pet Hospital and the got us in the same day. This was the first time we didnt have to pick our dog up and put him on an exam table where he ends up freaking out. The doctor and assistant both got on the ground at his level and examined him and he was not near as afraid as usual. Diagnosed him with kennel cough, got us some antibiotics and out the door very quickly and courteously. We will take him back there in the future.

This was the best place ever. My dog is older and usually so scarred so no one takes the time but here the went over and beyond to make her feel relaxed and gave her a proper examination. We did have to muzzle her but I promise the staff was the most caring and considerate I have ever come across. Im sure my dog isnt in a hurry to go back but when she does Im no longer in a panic because shes in great hands and is treated with respect and not some feral animal just because shes nervous. Thank you to all the staff!!!!

I came in as an emergency, walk in. Not only were they quick and knowledgeable but also caring and gentle. Unfortunately, I didnt have a happy ending due to an illness beyond anyones control. A week or so after I lost my buddy, I received a card signed by the entire staff. I was so overwhelmed by their care and compassion for a walk in patient with no standing relationship. Had to bring my fur baby Rudy in for an emergency visit. The staff was very nice and helped me as much as possible. They took really good care of Rudy. He has alot of ongoing health problems and they addressed those as well as the new problem. Im so glad I brought him there. Being a truck driver its hard to find a good vet away from home. But this was an awesome experience and Rudy is feeling much better. Thank you Dr. Hedland.

I shouldnt give even 1 star. No star for this place. Receptionist roll her eyes on us for asking her why they didnt tell us they dont have percorten meds for my dog. We drove 30 minutes away so my dog can get her meds. I have a 4 days before her appointment they could of tell me they dont have percorten. So I can find another vet that does have percorten. I hope my dog is OK TILL SHE GETS HER MEDS. IF NOT GOD HELP US ALL.

Came in aa a walk-in, my Cavalier had a severe anal gland issue. We travel the US in a commercial vehicle, so the Wellness Plan is good for us. We were seen pretty quick, for a walk-in. The staff was very courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job, both with my puppy as well as explaining everything to me. I highly recommend this facility and staff, along with the Wellness Plan!

When I called for an appointment for my cat with a leg injury----I was told it woud have to be 5 days. That certainly was disappointing when this is the only vet that has takrn care of him for 4 yrs.

The staff is fantastic, and the wellness plans are a must. I enrolled my puppy in the wellness plan which covered all vaccinations, office visits and much, much more for under 40 bucks a month.
