Easy to find. I checked my dog in to her appointment and they asked for my dogs medical records. I liked that. Most clinics Ive been to dont even bother to ask. The waiting area was clean very nice and didnt smell. Got called to the back they told them why I was there and they checked up on her. She had to have fecal and blood test. Turns out my dog had a worm. They brought me to the back to look at her sample under a microscope. Now this part of the review is just my all people are bad point of view but for all I know that sample of the worm is just something they have set up back there similar to the pictures of different worms on the wall to show people and say "hey, your dog has worms wanna see?" But I dont have a degree or the capability to test my own dog. So I paid for the medication. Overall my dog had a great experience at this clinic. Staff was friendly place was clean dog got the care she needed.

I have been coming here for years with several animals now even before Dr Polit bought the practice she did a great job updating it and provides a good service.... however in her expansion some things have fallen through the cracks.... 1/ it is over booked.. I have waited over an hour to get to a room then waited on the room to almost an hour..2/there is obvious discord with the employees in the back I can hear them upset or arguing.... and they are all good techs 3/the front desk is overwhelmed and the check out process is way too long .... I would love the give this place a higher rating since the people are great but after watching dogs fight in waiting rooms I am hoping they clean up the process and streamline a system

Two days after buying my puppy he became very sick so I called Sunset Animal Hospital to try and get him seen as early as possible they were incredibly understandable! Originally they said the earliest appointment they had was at 10:30 a.m that same day and I thought it was great! Around 9am they called me and said they were actually able to see him sooner whenever I was ready so I headed over. They were extremely nice they informed me about pricing before doing any procedures and explained everything. The Prices were very good… everything was perfect! I would recommend them to ANYONE who owns an animal you can tell they really Love what they do.

I thought I was being ripped off with all the tests this Dr was wanting to do so I skipped them..my dogs health deteriorated within the next week and I had to come back and do the tests. It turned out to be a serious health issue...point is, he is trust worthy and if I had trusted him in the beging the problem would have been resolved sooner. I get a call almost every day to check on my dog so I dont understand the comment about him not liking animals either. Also, they dont charge for office visits and have the lowest price for annuals of any vet around here.

After rescuing a little cat and looking for some medical attention the day before Thanksgiving at almost closing time, their team of people made the great exception to take us both Coco and I. The day before Thanksgiving, everyone wants to go home and rest. On the contrary, they were very welcoming in helping us out. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Samantha and Dr. Polit were extremely caring and professional. I am very grateful for that. It shows they really care about the well-being of our little furry friends. Thank you guys!

My cat was making several trips to litter box. Brought her here and for them to just tell me she is backed up and constipated it cost me 500 dollars. Now gimme a break, either Im crazy or they just throw every test on there to make more money. Be very careful and approach this place with caution

I am new to this office but I love it so far. They spotted a few serious illnesses that my last vet failed to identify. The treatment they recommend are modern and easy for the pet and me. Excellent customer service by the staff. They explain all exams and tests. I would highly recommend.

Horrible service. If you dont want to be sitting in the vets office all day do not come here. Waited for over an hour past appointment time to be seen. Finally left without being seen. Male technician extremely rude.
