WORST EXPERIENCE: I purchased a groupon for a routine checkup for Cutler Bay Animal Clinic, this is what they are called now. Everyone was very friendly at first, they charged me $300 for neuter and teeth cleaning, advised me that I had to just pay for pain medication when I pick up my dog. I picked up my dog and they forgot to take IV out of my dogs leg, I had to remind them. I ended up paying over $100 additional for everything including an expensive appetite enhancer that my dog wont drink. There was no personalized service which I am accustomed to after raising dogs all my life, I found them to be careless and negligent. When I called to find out how much the pain meds would cost nobody knew, they had no idea but assured me it would not cost over $100.00 The doctor never came out to speak with me after the surgery, once they had the money they didn’t care about my pet. I asked several times how did the teeth cleaning go and nobody knew if they had extracted any teeth. A day later Noemi Soler called me and I explained to her that I found the staff very unprofessional and still did not know if they had extracted any teeth from my dog. She assured me she will find out and get right back to me, its been a week now, and I have not heard anything from them. 2 days later my dog started bleeding under his skin, what did they do? I had to take my dog to another vet, I surely was not going to take him back to them. Save your pet and DO NOT TAKE HIM/HER to this clinic. They are very unprofessional. They will quote you one price and when you pay, they will charge you a different fee. There is no rating for very poor or -0, thats what I would rate them. This was the most unprofessional organization I have ever done business with. I DO NOT recommend Cutler Bay Animal Clinic them to anyone!!!

we found out that my dog had parvo because he had been having dhiarreah with blood for the past 2 days he was looking very down a friend of mine recommended i take him to cutler bay animal clinic and so we did right away the vet looked very concerned about my pet unfortunatley i did not vaccinate him on time the doctor recommended we do a parvo test first thing to avoid all other costs for other analysis if it wasnt necessary . she really understood that i did not have that much money and did her best to help. the next thing we knew the test was positive and we were told he would under go a treatment which would leave him hospitalized for 3-4 days and he had to be on fluids and ivs but it was still a 50/50 chance the doctor was honest from the begining. i came everyday they allowed me to visit my sick pet so he did not think i had abandoned him and would help bring up his spirits . they took my puppys critical condition with such care they called me everyday to tell me how he was doing no matter how busy they were. i truly want to thank the entire staff at cutler bay animal clinic for all of their effort care and support !! because of you guys my puppy is now 1000 times better and still is with us the kids were so happy to have him back THANK YOU CUTLER BAY ANIMAL CLINIC FOR SAVING MY PUPPYS LIFE

Never have I been so insulted and left to feel so unimportant as a paying customer! As the first and only customer at the time, I would have expected very little wait. Wrong. 15 minutes I was left sitting in stinky little exam room. When the vet finally came in, he did not communicate with me other than "bueno" when he walked in the room; I have a feeling that his English was not so good. The vet spent a whole 2 minutes looking at my dog then just left the room without having said a word. After 10 minutes, the vet assistant comes into the room with a $350 + estimate for countless unnecessary and unexplained services! I was appalled! I had to ask to speak with the vet and was left waiting again for another 10 minutes or so. Mind you, there is still no other customers in the office. When I ask the receptionist "is the vet coming?", Im told "He is treating other animals in the back." This sets me off. I had an appointment to be seen, Im the only customer in the office and Im left to wait as the vet treats animals in the back. Needless to say, I left very upset and unhappy that I had to even pay for such unprofessionalism. If zero stars were an available rating, this is what I would rate the service and staff at this office. (except for the vet assistant; he was friendly).

Cuando me recomendaron esta clinica estaba muy contento porque se veia que era un personal muy amable y atento pero cuando me toco hablar con la Manager que es una vulgar y de lo ultimo la cual para ella el cliente es basura y solo les interesa que le paguen dinero. NO tiene educacion, no deja hablar al cliente. Es burlesca. Como es que personas que ponen en puestos claves actuen de esta manera. No recomendaria esta clinica y lo que quiero es que me devuelvan mi dinero. El dueño TORRES, FABIAN deberia de cualificar bien a sus empleados. En general, el trato hacia mi fue de lo peo. NO LA RECOMIENDO A NADIE!!!!!

Sooo happy I found this place!!...this people are honest and care about your pets!...i took my sick cat Noelle there.. and as soon as i came in i knew this was a good place they rapidly took my cat and ask me all sorts of questions about her...they were friendly and knowledgeable,after a while waiting the manager Noemi explained very clear to me what was need it to be done and work with me with prices wich and very grateful for that!!!...if your love your pet you will be happy to take there!...in top of that the place is clean and smell great!....I will definitely will be back!...Noelle is doing great!

I used to take my dog to a different vet and he never got better. He was misdiagnosed. After one trip here hes already showing lots of improvement. The first vet just examined him and gave him meds without doing any tests on him. The vet at Cutler Bay Animal Clinic actually took the time to culture his infection and find out what he was resistant to so they could really get rid of it. It was very expensive but every service he got was absolutely necessary. Honestly if you really love your pet and you want him to get better then the money should be the least of your worries.

Yo vivía en Cutler Bay por un tiempo y encontré este lugar en Groupon. Creo que este lugar es muy amable y abierto. El veterinario respondió a todas mis preguntas y me hizo sentir cómodo, el personal también lo hizo. Es incluso más linda y vibrante dentro de la clínica.
