I had a very bad experience. They charged $215 for two lab tests and 1 antibiotic. They never told my daughter that it was going to be that much. My daughter called me at work and I spoke with the front desk lady and asked her if we could pay half because I didnt have all the money and she said that she would ask the doctor. They never called me back instead they took complete advantage of my daughter and told her that our SICK dog had to stay overnight. Max is only 1 yr old and he suffers from seizures, these people did not care. Now my dog is sitting there in a very small cage all alone feeling sick and I hope he does not have any seizures. All for $115 that I would have paid in a few days when I had to bring him back for follow up.

Unfortunately my wife and I established a relationship with the vet and staff for over 3 years. My sister had enjoyed bringing her pets to this clinic as well. When our cat developed an UTI, the vet assured us that with treatment he would recover. We spent more than $700.00 in vet bills for treatment. Little did we know, that he would die in my wifes arms a few days later after leaving this clinic. Due to this experience, we decided never to return to that clinic again. I feel that my family and I were misled. Our cat experienced intense pain in the end and we feel that could have been avoided.

Horrible service ....took my dog cuz she had a seizure and all they did was blood work and told me she would be fine when in reallity i had to take her to a nother vet were they told me she was in super bad shape due to fluids in her lungs and heart problems thank god for the other vet because this one she would have died. All they cared about was ripping me off 200 for only looking at her and one blood test so if you value your pets life do not go there................

Went in to get a check up on my dogs enlarged ball on January. The doctor just said it was no big deal and wrote a prescription to the dog. 2 months later, the vet said they need to conduct other test that will in total come out to $1132 while ignoring the growing ball on my dogs neck. I went to another vet and immediately the vet order a biopsy on the growing ball on my dogs neck. Turns out the dog has cancer.

I have been taking my two Shitzus to Paradise for over 7 years and absolutely LOVE THEM. From saving my puppy when she almost drowned to operating my older dog during a severe case of gallbladder stones, the staff and doctors have been honest, caring, and dedicated to providing the best care for my 4-legged babies. Not to mention that scheduling visits and stopping by to buy Rx food is always convenient.

They misdiagnosed mt dog and the dosage they prescribed was too much for her weight - 12 lbs. She ended seizing and I had to rush her to ST. Francis Animal hospital in Pines, where they had to flush out the medication from her system. It was too late and she passed away!! Horrible service. I live a few blocks away from there, but wont even take my other dogs to get their nails cut there!!!

I have taken my dog to paradise since she was a little puppy. Now camila, my dog, is 11 y.o. Excellent doctor, outstanding service, professional staff, and great experience! I have been living in broward for the last 8 years, but i still come to paradise every time my doggie needs her vaccines, checks, teeth cleaning, nails clip..thanks to paradise vet.clinic.☺

My first time going to this clinic for my dogs dental cleaning and I liked it. They did a good job, the staff is friendly and prices are affordable !!!. They should offer grooming too and it will be a complete service. Will keep taking my dog there.
