My wife, now in her early 30s, grew up without insurance or regular dental care, and in fact suffered a great deal during college when she finally was introduced to dental care by a root canal without anesthesia. Naturally, she has a strong phobia of dentists, and had never visited the same one twice until we contacted Dr. Kimsey, explained her fears, and developed a gradual plan for helping her to get comfortable in the dental chair. She has been helped to feel relaxed and much more proactive about managing her own health through Dr. Kimseys caring, informative discussions with her. She came to Dr. Kimsey with considerable shame about her dental health, fear about what would happen to her teeth, and despair that she could regain her dental health. Dr. Kimsey and his office staff effectively allayed those fears and helped her to reverse her negative thinking. He also referred her to an orthodontist colleague, and the two of them have collaborated with great professionalism in maintaining and coordinating her care as she continues her journey to fuller oral health. ENG I went the first time to Dr. Kimsey for wisdom teeth extraction. He was very kind, and explained to me what he was going to do, the risks, the price, and gave me other useful information. My two wisdom teeth were gone in about thirty minutes, and I felt almost no pain during the extraction and in the recovering period. I was very worried because that was my first dentist visit in the U.S., but he was able to make me feel comfortable and allay my fears. I went back for a dental cleaning and a cavity. I felt no pain at all and I am satisfied with the result. Thank you Dr. Kimsey!

I moved to Miami four years ago and began looking for the best dentist, physician and mechanic in the area. I now am confident that I have found the best dentist. A colleague recommended Dr. Kimsey, and I simply could not have asked for a better dentist. He is superb whether it is for a routine exam or a more complex procedure such as a root canal. He is very friendly and patient in explaining what needs to be done. I have seen a number of dentists where one feels the dentist is always trying to push or sell a procedure, but with Dr. Kimsey I am always comfortable that he is giving me the straight scoop (indeed, he carefully lays out the different options if several are available). I have sent several friends to Dr. Kimsey and have yet to have any one say that he is not the best dentist they have ever seen. I give Dr. Kimsey an unqualified "(beyond) excellent" rating. I cannot give enough accolades to Dr. Kimsey. He is professional, compassionate, and a master at his craft. Without going into detail, Dr. Kimsey was able to repair/revise previous work that I had done by a previous dentist. When I walked into his office for the first time I was nervous and disheartened. He was very reassuring and the treatment plan he outlined went smoothly and successfully. He literally did an implant that was pain free and multiple crowns without goopy impressions (he uses a special computer). Additionally, his office personnel are very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Kimsey for everything from routine dental procedures to complicated reconstruction. I promise that you will leave there with a great smile!!

Many claim to be a painless dentist, this man truly is! Do to experiences from earlier dentist I had a fear of dentist, they always seemed to leave me feeling pain and bad about the state my teeth where in. When I first started with Kimsey he would put me to sleep and do the work, id wake up and the work was done. As I became more comfortable he switched to using nitros oxide and lidocaine. His goal seems to be to fix the damage caused by other dentists, both physically but also emotionally. Im no longer fear going to the dentist, and my dental care greatly improved. My only wish is that I had him from the start. Summary: go to this Dentist hes fantastic!

Let me start off by saying that Dr.Kimsey is the best!!! Not only as a dentist but as a person. I suffer from anxiety and going to the dentist is one of those things I dreaded. I hadnt been in over 10 years, so when I needed to have a root canal done Dr.Kimsey was highly recommended. It is the best thing that has ever happened to me. He is so kind and patient. Before he even started working with me he asked me what triggered my anxiety, while at the dentist I let him know what my fears were and he worked with me so I wouldnt get anxious. Now hes stuck with me for life, haha I too highly recommend him if you are looking for a dentist.

Having to face losing ones teeth to gum disease while still relatively young (or at any age for that matter) is traumatic. Finding a dentist with whom you have faith in not only his/her work but with whom you can trust to be honest with the costs involved and the options available - well, that is very very rare. But that is exactly what I found in Dr. Kimsey - an incredible dental surgeon with whom I could place my trust and my smile. And that to me is absolutely priceless. The picture shown is the result of his work - his office is located over 250 miles from my home and I can honestly say, it was well worth every mile.

I am so happy that I found Dr. Kimsey. I avoided going to the dentist for very long because of some past negative experiences, but finally decided to face my fear. Now I feel terrible that I didnt find him sooner. The staff make you feel relaxed, and are all very supportive. I will recommend Dr. Kimsey to everyone I know because everything about the experience is positive. I have felt no pain at all during two visits to Dr. Kimsey. None. And I have had the same procedures done before at another dentist, and they were very painful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kimsey for many years now. I always like to say that because of him I regained my smile. Hes not only an excellent, experienced dentist but I also consider him to be a very honest and trustworthy human being. His very kind with his patients and his staff is very diligent and helpful. He doesnt mind answering to questions or explaining all the steps involved in a surgical procedure to the patient. I recommend him to anyone but especially to the anxious ones. He is great!
