Ive been going to Freedman for years and he is excellent BUT his office staff however specifically Debbie is totally rude. I called to try and get a set of temporary contacts just to hold me over until I could find a day to get in there for an appointment (since my only day off is Sunday and theyre closed) and she hung up on me when I was trying to schedule the appointment. Then I called back and she was ruder than the first time and said she couldnt help me out. You figure she out of all the office would be nicer since the phone was "cut off" in our previous call. Guess not. Never going back to them and neither are the 8 other family members that I referred to them.

Dr Friedman is VERY RUDE!!! I went in for an exam for contacts, I told him the brand I used he forced another brand on me that was not sitting right on my eyes, I wore them for a day and my vision was blurry all day. I called him so he could check my eyes again he became frustrated because I told him I rather stick to my brand from before, long story short he refunded my money and told me to go to where I went before since they were able to get it right! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Maybe if he wasnt so busy telling me his personal life he would have been able to find the perfect fitting contacts for my eyes!

Miami, FL I have been going to him for years and trusted him with my eyes. Comes to find out that he screwed up my eyes and just gave up on me and told me I had to live with what script he gave me. After 13+ years I finally went to Dr Meyers on 84 and Flagler and he saved my eyes. I finally can see better than I have for years. So not liking Terry and I will never go back to him ever and will never refer anybody to him ever!!!!

I dont have insurance and was referred to Dr. Friedman by the Walgreens Clinic down the street. I explained my emergency to them and the receptionist told me to come right in and they will squeeze me in. One hour later I was walking out with my prescription. Wonderful doctor and very friendly staff. Amazing experience today. Very friendly and knowledgeable doctor! I love it! What a great day!
