I had two appts made 2 weeks earlier for my son and I. We arrived on time just to wait over an hour with no word on how much l longer it would be. I called in advance to see how long the appt would take as I had another appt to go to afterwards. I want advised of him running behind from earlier and had to leave without service and no accommodations to reschedule due to the inconvenience. I signed my child from school early for this appt which ended up never taking place. Unacceptable. Beware two profile for the same place...
