If you enjoy long waits after scheduled appointments (were talking an hour and twenty minutes later to see the doctor) and rude receptionists, lots of blunders with correct lenses when you ask for brand A but they give you brand B so that you have to make 3 different visits then this is the place for you. If you would prefer to work with courteous folks who actually care and know how to communicate if they are running behind so that you dont waste an hour and a half of your day check out Davis Eye Associates. Unfortunately for me with my job change they arent in network as far as insurance goes. We will be looking elsewhere for our families needs in the future. I feel the need to post this as we used these reviews to determine where to go with my job change. This is the location in Winston-Salem off of Peters Creek Pkwy as I saw they have a few other locations so take your gamble there as it may be better or worse. I almost forgot to mention that this two hour endeavor was to fit the lenses which they ordered a few weeks ago after we finally got them to order the lenses that she asked for initially.

These people put the serve back in service! I came in to buy a pair of Oakley eyeglasses and did just that. The sale had several bumps through no fault of theirs or mine but was smoothed out by them in a manner that was professional and very generous. The reviews about rude staff may have been accurate in the past, but no one, let me reiterate, NO ONE was rude in any way to me during my visit or several phone calls I made to them. The staff is very nice and accommodating, the office is clean and the ambience is soothing. This review is only for the eye glass department and desk/office staff, I will add to this review once I or a family member sees the doctor.

Ive been with the KERNERSVILLE office for 5+ years.... Love them..... Move to WINSTON SALEM and the office sucks... Well they customer service over the phone sucks!!!!!

I love Dr. Weaver, but the rudeness of the front desk staff never ceases to amaze. They never call my pharmacy back for refills, so I have to call. This last time, I was put on hold for 10 minutes, with no apology, and then hung up on without even a goodbye when I said thank you for handling the pharmacy issue!
