Dr. Myers is a "cut to the chase" type of guy. Dont expect him to circumvent for seconds to tell you what your problem is. Very comprehensive exams will ensure you get not only the right prescription, but also a perfect grasp of the condition whatever that may be, through a very detailed explanation from Rick. He also saw my son and gave me support on painting the right picture for him, on why he should be wearing the eyeglasses and the consequences of not doing it. It was refreshing to have a professional talking to a kid about the things that we parents worry the most. The frames inventory is OK, but Thania will make you feel like you are the only customer in the store for the whole day, very patient, does not get content with an OK job, she just wants it perfect. This is a real clinic, not your usual "this is better, or better the other lens" type of place.

Ive been going here for the last few years and I am happy with their service. The staff is friendly, very helpful and patient when it comes to selecting glasses. Ive been overseas, lost my contacts and they have sent me a prescription by email. My daughter stepped on my eyeglasses and bent the frame, I went to their practice and they fixed them... at no charge. Every time my daughters eyeglasses need some adjustment, I go and they are always attentive and helpful. Yes, Dr. Myers can be a little intimidating and he is as straight forward and direct as it can be. But his examination is very thorough and he does answer your questions in detail. So if you can handle a doctor who is blunt and direct in his answers, this is an excellent option.

My experience with Dr. Myers and with the staff was a very positive one. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, being able to accomodate me with the appointment date/time I needed. Dr. Myers was very thorough in his exam and I liked that he explained things to me. I also liked that I didnt have to wait to see him, they ran on time, which is not seen very often at doctor appointments these days. In picking the glasses themselves and getting fitted for them, I found the staff to be extremely helpful and patient. I would very much recommend Dr. Myers and his office to anyone looking for an optometrist.

Dr. Myers did do a thorough exam. But he was a condescending jerk the whole time. Hes not worth it. Dont go to him. There are plenty of good eye doctors. You deserve better than this guy. REASON 1) When I asked a question, he became defensive and rude. REASON 2) He cut me off and gave me condescending answers to my questions. REASON 3) He insisted on taking contacts out of my eyes for me and putting other ones in for me instead of letting me do it myself. REASON 4) He pressured me to dilate my eyes and then didnt tell me what to expect.

Dr Myers is a thorough, cool-modern, down to earth guy. Gives you the diagnosis straight to the point and cares not only about your eyesight but also your health & well being in all aspects. His staff is very patient and helpful. Thania very knowledgeable and also Dania helped me with decision on eyeframes that suited me for the best appearance and my budget. Eyeframes and lense options- have great selection of styles, designers and price range, so you are not limited to choices. Going back to get my computer glasses in the near future.

Excellent Doctor, ignore bad reviews...heres why: He has a brusque demeanor, and is a no nonsense kind of personality because he care about his patients eyesight. His testing, measurement, fitting and follow up are second to none if you want to see well, and you want the truth about what to expect from vision changes. Everyone else can go to a sweet, schmaltzy doctor who can rip them off, not me. Wouldnt change Dr. Myers for nothin. I just hope he doesnt finally get sick of spoiled, arrogant, know it all patients and leaves.

Didnt remember the name of this office so had to google it and find it. My wife and I used to go to this doc but we moved out of Florida but now we are back, we didnt have complaints before but reading the other reviews, yea maybe the other doctor had a Doctor House attitude some times, but have to say that the new Doc in charge is awesome, very direct and told me the truth right from the beginning, really like the new management, hope they keep doing it that way. I have been using this Optometrist Office since 2001 when I was on Active Duty in the Air Force. They have always provided great service. I saw Doctor Holcomb for the first time in 2015 and 2016. This year I saw Dr. Myers. Both Doctors are great and do a super job. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I will continue to have them provide eye care for all of my family and I strongly recommend them to all my friends.

Dr. Holcolm and his staff are great! Just took in my son for a check up and now the whole family are patients. Dr,. Holcolm is very patient, explains everything and makes you feel at ease. So much for good doctor. The guy thinks he is Dr House from House MD. Has a horrible personal appearance. His bed side manners are just terrible. Awful attitud Treats you like a jerk He called me stupid straight to my face just because I wanted to wear contacts.

I have been with Dr Meyers now for over 16 years, He is very knowledgeable and he wont try to sell you into something that he knows is not good for you, He tell it to you like it is, He will not sugar coat things.
