I called to make an appointment and specifically asked if they do Pediatric Ophthalmology. She replied yes, so I brought my 5 year old son for an eye exam. The first lady he saw was very polite and nice. I am assuming because she likes kids. The doctor himself was rude!!! He asked my son if he could tell him the letters (my son knows his letters) my son replied with no. All of a sudden he got very rude and said you need to go to a specialist and refused to give him the proper eye exam. He was so impatient and abrupt it was scary. I will never buy or go to this place again. I already spent $100 on the exam that he never received. Telling everyone that this place is bogus and wrong.

The visit and exam was great and the glasses were covered thru my insurance. However, after receiving the glasses and wearing them for less than a week. It was obvious that something was wrong I couldnt see far away with them on. I called and they told me to come in. She said these are reading glasses. They made me a pair of reading glasses that I could have gotten out of the dollar store. I was very upset, because they would not do anything and said they glasses cant be sent back. Now my free exam and free pair of glasses have been used up through my insurance and I am stuck with something I can use. WRONG DIAGNOSIS and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Worst customer service Ive ever seen. No interest in the well being or satisfaction of the customer. My friend had an allergic reaction to the eye drops to the point where he almost passed out in the office and 911 had to be called. The situation was handled very poorly and these people proved severely incompetent when dealing with an emergency situation. They did not even have the decency to call back my friend for a follow up. Not a single phone call. Only the doctor who works in the back is polite and accomodating. The negatives of this place greatly outweigh the positives. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

I first went here for myself, to get a routine eye exam for glasses. Dr.k was such a sweet heart the entire time. Very quick and polite. I had such a good experience I brought my 2 year old for her first eye exam.At first, I was worried that my daughter wouldnt sit still or cooperate. But you can tell the experience the doctor has with children. She told my little girl exactly what to do, and we were out in less then a half hour.

Waited 65 minutes to be seen. The nurse or whatever was also frustrated with the overbooking. The Spanish lady with short hair up front had an attitude problem and lied to me about the best time to come. This place is incredibly disorganized. The girl up front with the long curly hair was very kind. She said its ALWAYS like this on Saturdays if you dont come first thing. Terrible experience.

The receptionist couldnt of been less helpful. I drove to the dite asking what it would cost with my insurance. Her anwser was i have no idea until the day before your appointment. I then asked if she could find out. Her anwser was repeated. I have no idea. Well, i have an idea. Do not go there if you have any auestions or want some customer service. I will go elsewhere.

Ive been to the University and the Oakland Park office. Experience was the same. Doctors are GREAT but the receptionists are AWFUL. Rude, unhelpful... the worst. Plus, hardly anymore in there speaks English. Prices are average, but if you have any sort of question expect to wait at least 30 minutes.

People at front desk very rude, specially the lady at the office ( at front), two of my friends had the same bad experience, also I witness another client having the same problem...the doctor is so kind, I dont understand how you keep that kind of employees in your business

As listed by others patients. The people the are not the friendliest. However when I stopped by to see if anything could be done about my daughters frames being out of whack, and the woman fixed em right away and sent us on our way.

I gotta tell you, I somewhat agree withe everyone. Reception is a bit rude, but when you meet the doctor, hes the nicest human being ever. Very polite and answers all your questions. I would reccomend coming here.
