It takes alot for me to write a bad review and what they did was not the way you treat a new walk-in. I walk inside and they told me they dont access my insurance. Okay cool. I left and called my insurance and they told me they cant help me. Okay cool. I called the office to tell them what insurance they recommend and accept. (I was about to buy a secondary insurance just to go to them). The woman just told me to ask my insurance a question. I called my insurance and put it on 3 way. My insurance rep didnt understand her. Besides her just staying on the line to explain it better or to answer my original question (what insurance they recommend and accept.). she got snappy and hang up. Seriously? Im literally calling you because Im doing anything possible to make you my primary eye doctor and you hang up the phone on me and my insurance? COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Even the insurance rep told me she doesnt recommend me to go to that place because how RUDE she was.

DR. Fischer has been my sons doctors for the past two years. We are very happy with her and her staff. She is very professional and cares about her patients. She takes the time to explain and make the children very comfortable during the examination. I was able to get my sons glasses at the optical with in 3 days. Thank you.

DR. FISCHER IS AMAZING!!! THERE ARE NOT MANY PEDIATRIC OPTOMETRIST SO I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN A FRIEND RECOMMENDED HER. SHE GOES OVER EVERYTHING WITH YOU (PARENTS) SHE IS WONDERFUL WITH KIDS AND HAS A TON OF PATIENCES WITH THE LITTLE KIDS AND ENCOURAGES THEM TO FOLLOW HIS/HER EYE CARE INSTRUCTIONS!!! HIGH RECOMMENDED

Dr. Fischer and her staff are amazing. She is very friendly and knowledgeable . Every time I have an appointment, she makes sure my visits are superb. She always seems to find a solution to all of my problems. I would highly recommend you to give her a visit if you already havent.

Dr. fisher is an excellent pediatric eye doctor. She made my 3 year comfortable enough to do the whole tests without any tears. She plays with the kids and make them laugh. She even sings let it go! My daughter only cried when we had to leave. I recommend her to any parent!!!
