Im writing this review after trying this hospital twice with my dog. Both times we visited their facility it was not a good experience. I dont want to bash, bash, bash and have people not take this review seriously. Ill sum up as best I can: I dont think the Vet was thorough. They seemed to just agree with whatever we thought might be wrong with our dog and then prescribed some extremely expensive medication. I am certain that a standard antibiotic would have worked just fine, but we paid $70 for the script. The next time we went back seemed like a complete repeat of the first. However, this time they missed an ear infection. We asked them to check her ears and eyes. Medicine for the eyes was immediate, told us the ears were clear. After a week of our dog shaking her head...we took her back. We also asked that they not charge us for the evaluation since they had missed it the week prior. No can do. They told us they would take $10 off the consult and the cost of meds. We left and will not be going back. This is only my opinion, but I dont feel the care at this facility is up to par. Even if the prices were reasonable, and we didnt have the ear infection missed, I would not return.

Dr. Powell and all the staff are very professional and friendly. Dr. Powell spends as much time as needed to treat my pets and answer any questions I have. The staff truly cares for animals and is a pleasure to work with. If you need a Vet, this is the place! I cant say enough about the quality of care and genuine concern for my pets! They clearly explained all treatment options and future concerns and allowed me to make decisions on how to proceed. No surprises in billing or payments. Overall a very good experience!

Ive trusted All Pets Hospital with the care of every pet Ive ever had, and never once had a complaint. I highly recommend these remarkable individuals!

My baby wasnt feeling good & after calling every Vet in the area, they were the only one able to get me in asap. Staff & Vet were friendly, caring & professional. The Vet spent plenty of time checking out my sick dog & even called in a few days to check on her. Definitely going back & would definitely recommend!!
