I took my Corgi, Spencer, to Diley Hill E.R early Labor Day morning. He had not ate for a couple days and was barely moving. His vet was closed and I knew he needed care A.S.A.P. I carried him in and they were right there to open the door for me. From that point on, I knew he was in good hands. Unfortunately, Spencer was much sicker than I imagined and it was not in his best interest to be taken home. His organs were failing and he was suffering. Aggressive treatment might not even help. Dr. Talbot explained everything in detail as many times as necessary and answered all my questions throughly. She was amazing. The whole staff was exceptional despite them being slammed due to the holiday. We never had to wait long for anything (results of urine, blood work, consultation, diagnosis etc.). I was offered a blanket for myself, bottled water, tissues and as much time as I needed with Spencer. As soon as my family came in I asked the desk for Dr. Talbot. She came in the room right away and explained everything to them again so I didnt have to. She was so professional, sensitive, empathetic, kind and patient. She even sat on the floor to talk to me at one point because I was on the floor cuddling with Spencer. I wish I would have gotten the names of the rest of the staff to mention because they were all amazing and I am so grateful for them. They just got busier and busier as the day went on but we were treated like we were the only people there. We were never rushed or had to wait long for anything and I was there for many hours. The costs were explained very clearly and politely upfront and they made me feel confident they would not do anything without checking with me first. I think the cost was extremely reasonable considering they are an E.R. I would like to thank Dr. Talbot and the staff from the bottom of my heart. Spencer thanks you too. They made the last hours of his 9 year life as comfortable as possible. You can tell how much they care and love animals. Id recommend this E.R to anyone without hesitation.

My poor baby girl had been sick with feline leukemia for years. Over this week she took a turn for the worse and became REALLY sick on a Saturday night when all vets were closed. We panicked as she grew restless and lethargic, crying in pain. We knew she needed to be put down she wouldnt make it but a few more hours if that. I found this place online and decided it was worth a shot to give them a call. They were so super nice and caring about our situation and I told them we lived about a half hour away and would be there as soon as we could and they told us they would have it all ready for when we arrived so she wouldnt have to suffer any longer. They were so sweet and thoughtful in our time of need, to us and our little princess. They really made the best of a really bad situation for us. We are so grateful for this place. They even had a clinic cat that came and comforted us while we waited for them to wrap her up for us to take home to bury. They were very affordable and even gave us a locket of her hair & a stone with her footprints. If you ever have an emergency this is the place to go. These people genuinely care about pets and their owners. Thank you so much again ❤️

I would like to thank Dr. Crase and the rest of the staff at the Diley Hill Emergency Center for all their help and concern for my cat. He was very old and wasnt in good health and hadnt been for some time. I guess I was putting off the inevitable for my own sake. Dr. Crase and the wonderful nurses were so kind and loving to my cat and especially to us. They let us stay with him as long as we wanted and did everything as far as getting him ready to take home. They are the kindest most loving people in taking care of animals and people that I have ever met. They told us they wished us sympathy and that is the only time I have ever heard that from a vet. Thank you again to all the people at Diley Hill Animal Emergency Center. I drove a long way to make sure my cat was treated with respect and dignity and that is exactly how he and we were treated. I would recommend them to anyone who needs care and especially emergency care. They are excellent......

The staff was knowledgeable and very nice! We were hysterical and they kept us calm and in the know every step of the way! My puppy became lethargic and unresponsive out of the blue. We were on the phone with them and they were waiting for us at the door when we arrived! I would highly suggest this place and their staff for any pet emergency!! Thank you for taking such good care of us!! They are open 24 hours and are in a good location! I think the fees are reasonable and they keep you informed every step of the way as far as cost goes so there are not any surprises! If your pet is in need - do not hesitate to bring them here!! Also, they take Care Credit and a lot of local vets do not. I only wish I could use them as my regular vet because I would definitely bring each of my 6 dogs here for regular check-ups etc! I do hope that I do not have to bring my pet back for emergency (I hope he stays healthy) but if I do, I know WE will be in good hands!! Xo

Diley Hill helped me with my newly adopted 4 mo old pit mix puppy. They were all super wonderful and very informative on his situation. Not only did they take awesome care of Tobin, they also tried making me and my family as welcome as possible. When Tobin had to stay the night for an IV, they made sure to let me know I can call anytime just to check up on my pup. They are awesome and if you get an estimate on the cost of treatment and its a little over your price range they will do anything in their best efforts to reduce the amount so your furry friend can get the treatment they need. I recommend this place highly. They also called the next morning to see how Tobin was doing and answer any concerns I had and when i had to bring him back tthey stayed true to their free exam within 24 hours and they were waiting for me before I even got there. Very wonderful staff. You can tell they really love their jobs.

This place is amazing and I cant say enough about how happy I am with the experience. The entire staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to be as helpful as possible. The vets are very kind and thoroughly explain everything that they are doing. They really helped me through a stressful and confusing situation and I am so glad I brought my cat here. Yes they are a bit pricey being an emergency clinic, but they are extremely honest about the pricing and certainly dont throw any superfluous charges your way. They give reasonable estimates and will correct the estimate and reimburse you if need be. Very trustworthy overall and cheaper than OSU or MedVet. They are also small enough to care about your pet unlike other places. Hopefully I wont need their emergency services again but they will from now on be my go to emergency vet and the one I recommend to everyone I encounter.
