Since the unacceptable record keeping and extremely rude treatment I received in your office after 7 years of loyal bills paid on time, great reviews & surveys. I have taken the time to review my legal rights after refraining from using profanity and wishing your office had given me the same courtesy . Someone does not live in this town for 38 years without acquiring some resources and having plenty of ears paying attention. When speaking with these resources I chose not to go after you with a lawsuit based on your level of importance in my agenda... But have not ruled it out completely and Im certainly keeping that option open for the future. As explained in your office that day I have some very serious issues going on which are life threatening with my children. Which makes your treatment of me even less acceptable for a loyal patient who has never given you anything less than spectacular reviews from check in to check out. I would courage you to go in and review it but your record keeping abilities make me laugh at the thought. Just so you know Dr. DAngelo gave me a copy of every document Ive ever had from your office.... ask the girls to had that nice interaction with me. I had them with me that day for proof. I get a copy of every document and keep them filed. I do know my rights and your legal responsibilities. You must provide every record you have for the prior 7 years. Since the very nasty short haired girl who has to be new enough to where I have never seen her there in my numerous trips stated she could get "every record they had on me at the drop of a hat out of a box" it seems that it would be unfair to make anyone else but her go dig for the documents based on her ridiculous profanity laced rude claim. You may also thank her as she prompted me to Google reviews on Family Care Specialists. Mysteriously I only found one but here it is: Beth Criggerreviewed 2 months ago I warn everyone to get copies of your office visits..THEY ARE LEGAL RECORDS AND CAN CAUSE MAJOR PROBLEMS FOR YOU IF THEY ARE WRONG... This happened to be and they will do NOTHING to correct the wrong statements in my records..I really liked my Dr. but I had to change Dr.s and when I told my new DR that the things in there are wrong she refused to even look at the records from Family Care Specialists I was amused when I saw your letter stating you I would not be welcome back in your office as if I ever had any intention of going back there... Except to retrieve the documents you will produce. Perhaps it would be a good idea to have a meeting with your staff to communicate less information to your patients. My last two visits were littered with "I have been cussed out 6 times today". And the second person to tell me all they do is clean up doctor DAngelos mess. As well as a survey that requested a follow up which never happened. Seems to me the mess has been created in his absence and your staffs unprofessional attempts at communicating them is an apparent diversion for their inabilities. An outstanding reflection on your company which I plan on going to the very absolute top person (and everyone on the way) to make them aware of EVERYTHING that has happened. And I have a document recording every bit of it... just ask the girls who saw the file I brought into your office in the day. That documentation and everything else I have is more than enough to make your corporate decision makers see these red flags. They will be made aware of each and every one of you. I told the first young lady briefly about some of the personal issues I have with my children and I did not have the time to argue with them or set up unneeded appointments. Particularly when you have no record of my previous ones. But the rest assured that being treated with the trashy levels of profanity, disrespect and rudeness.. I have been motivated to make sure everyone I can tell will be aware of your indiscretions.

When come in with our gripes and you know we all do go in with them he is so very patient and he cares - truly cares about you - he is patient with you and he doesnt race you through the visit - you know how when you go to the office visit and you feel like you are being rushed in there - well not with Dr. Crespo - and when you are in the waiting room you arent there forever like with all the other Doctors - same in the office room too. He is not a misanthrope. I cannot tell you how much you feel like you are being well taken care of - if you call in with a problem most of the time it will be taken care of. I promise you - if you see Doctor Crespo you will not regret it - I debated to tell you or not something good - because if I tell you something good that means you will go see him and that means that more wait time and things will change - and maybe all that I am telling you about the wait time and the time he takes with you will change and then what I am writing will not be true after a while - and my Doctor will no longer be my Doctor anymore - but then I say wait a minute - no - not MY doctor - GOD Blessed me with this Doctor for a reason - HE knew I needed a Doctor like this to take care of me - one who needed to be patient - who cared about me and my family - especially my autistic son - yes GOD Blessed my family - so I trust GOD to continue to Bless me - and I believe you will love him as much as we do

I had been a patient prior to my insurance change. I recently switched back over to my original doctor. That was the worst mistake ever, he told me I was never his patient when he came to speak with me. I told him that I had seen him the whole time I had came. I can understand that he didnt remember me, but I had a very large cyst on my leg and on my stomach. Dr.Mark Patterson never looked at my leg and prescribed me pain pills. After noticing how distressed I was , he then stated it would be inappropriate for him to look at my wound. Mind you I had had full examinations from him with a female present on previous visits. I was very upset, so then he said he would look at my wound.I told him not to worry about it, and I could see I was just another number. It is pretty sad that you have to tell a doctor to look at his charts to see that you were a patient and that the doctor he was telling me to go to was a doctor I have never seen. I will take my business where it is appreciated.

Having been a patient here about 15+ yrs, I entered a negative review about repeated LONG wait times with Dr Sidney Clevinger at Family Care Specialists, on one of the surveys the new system sends out, and was immediately dismissed as a patient with written letter stating reason, I quote, "It appears you are dissatisfied with our practice due to complaint on survey regarding wait time, etc., seems to not be a good fit for you." Goes on to give 30 day notice to find new physician. Was I ever SHOCKED...thought the long term relationship, doctor/patient was more than this!!! Was I ever mistaken !!! Guess surveys from their office can only be glowing! You know if we are late for appt more than 10 minutes they usually re-schedule you, no matter the reason, but we are expected to wait on them indefinitely, with never an apology or explanation, and to think I put up with this for years just to stay with doctor I had been trusting to have my best interests in mind....REALLY ??????
