Outstanding service at this locations. I was expecting the normal customer service when you enter one of these urgent care facilities in Tampa. Centra Care stands out above the rest. From check in to be seen by the nurse youll find genuine care from people who not only like their job but who care about you problem. From check in to seeing the doctor (with X-rays) i was in and out in less than an hours. The facility is great, free coffee from the coffee room in the center, to a playroom for kids. And if that wasnt enough from the time you check in everyone you meet is offering you a bottle of water. Anyone can work on customer care skills, but caring is genuine. Thanks for a the excellent service.

Please dont go here first off they dont care about your health there quickly to ask for your insurance you are being frowned upon and they lied to me about my insurance , then after I pull out my phone, called and show them that I have active coverage she was quickly to say you still have to pay a certain amount.. I mean really are you here for my money or to help me ??so I left and went your first care on waters a lot cheaper and ran my insurance with no problem... steer away from this place

We needed to go to CentraCare on a Saturday and the staff is absolutely fantastic. We are not from this area but very glad we choose this location. From the second we walked thru the doors we felt we were in good hands. All personnel were professional, efficient, coutesous, and left no stones unturned. Carrollwood is a wonderful facility. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly from the check in, to the nurse and the doctor everyone is great. The service was impeccable. It was clean and when you walked in you felt. welcomed. They even called me at home just to check up on how I was doing. If you have the bronchitis blues they will strike a cord with you.

Helen is rude and will chew you out for being frustrated after waiting for an hour to find out you dont have the right paperwork for a sports physical. The crazy thing is the MA in the front took the form you gave and never said anything.

Finally put on right antibiotics and the first time I finished a round of steroids without needing to be weaned off. I am actually going back today since I have bronchitis again.
