Excellente medico, excellente atencion por parte de el, pero su equipo de trabajo nada que ver, te lo Ponen todo difficult, no me llamaron para darme Los resultados de examen de laboratorios por mas de dos semanas cuando fui personalmente a la oficina me dieron una cita para entregarme Los resultados dos semanas mas tardes total un mes, el dia de la cita pregunto cuando es el tiempo de espera me dicen con mala atencion que no saven dos horas o mas, canceled last cita porque me era impossible esperar mas de dos horas en ese momento me dijo quien me atendio que me llamaba Para darme una nueva cita y aun estoy esperando su Llamada al parecer o no tienen capacidad multitask sus empleadas o necesita mas personal para que puedan brindar un servicio de calidad que se corresponda con el medico. Ya voy dos meses sin saber Los resultados de Los examenes por eso me cambio de PCP

Comunicar por teléfono con la consulta para hacer una cita es casi una odisea. Nunca contestan bien porque el teléfono no responde o porque está conectado la linea telefónica a algún otro dispositivo (por el sonido que hace). Una vez en la consulta la espera puede ser de hasta 2 hr y media después de la hora que tú tenias ptevista. Si se llega temprano muchas veces hay que esperar porque el Dr no a llegado. Por eso me cambie de consulta, pues es un caos. Lo único que provechoso es que wl Dr se ve una persona preparada.

Muy buen doctor , ve a toda mi familia, y mi abuelo le debe la vida !!!,pues despues de estar un ano con otro medico que no le encontraba nada ,solo le mandaba placas de pecho y antibióticos y la tos le seguia, un amigo de la familia nos refirio con Dr Fernandez le mando un CT y le encontro cancer de pulmon , y a tiempo se lo pudieron operar, gracias Doctor ,le estamos muy agradecidos.!!!

Medico excelente pero su equipo de trabajo no tiene etica profesional ni educacion.mi mama tiene presion alta la lleve a el hospital y le dijeron q tenia q tener seguimiento con el doctor fdez su doctor primario y llame para hacerle una cita de urgente y la chusma q tienen de recepcionista me nego la cita.lo mas chiquito q me dijo q sino no me conviene q me busque otro doctor.

Es un excellente doctor, muy profesional, respetuoso y dedicado, pero las personas que trabajan en su oficina ninguna tiene idea de lo que hace, no tienen una gota de profesionalismo, educacion ni humanidad, son inresponsables y groseras, en sus caras se les puede ver q estan ahi pq no les queda opcion no pq amen lo que hacen, que lastima pq el Dr Fernandez es maravilloso

I have been a patient of Dr Fernandez for about a duration of 6 months and in this short time frame. I have been astonish, impressed and wowed. The office cleanness, Staff members and overall the facility, has left an Impression on me that is what we call today (Priceless) I would HIGHLY recommend this Facility to whom ever is looking for a caring Doctor that becomes a friend to one in the long run. The relationship that I have noticed that he builds with his patient is something in the Tampa community that one has not been able to Find.

The doctor was "ok" on my first visit. He didnt really seem to care. Didnt really try to act like it either. I dont know if it was because he was so busy or if he didnt understand English that well. His office absolutely is definitley not reliable; the doctor told me one thing and the office told me something completely different - on more than one occasion.

Maybe the worst Family Doc in Tampa,disorganization is total, folders and papers anywhere, carpet in the area of checkup where blood samples are taken in total abandonment, almost impossible to contact via phone, and if it is attended by his wife is ready to be kicked on his back at the first. Anyone deciding to go there, best of luck..

Dr.Fernandez is a great doctor who shows a high quality of care to each and everyone one of his patients. Im very satisfied with the level of hospitality and care he provides and I couldnt have asked for better service from his bilingual staff. I wont be changing my doctor for anything in the world! Dr.Fernandez is an excellent physician! Ive been his patient for about 5yrs and extremely satisfied with the services I receive from him. Yes, office staff has changed and they no longer accept walk-ins at least thats what I was told however hes a great doctor so much til I moved to Orlando and refused to change physicians.

Very professional, my grandmother has gone through several doctors and none sent her studies or wanted to refer to orthopedico and pulmonologist at last we came up with this doctor, we are very happy, its a shame, but today is not easy to find doctors as dedicated and who care about patients
