If only there was a zero star option, I had always liked this place when Dr Baumbach was here both my kids grew up going here. However my last two experiences were rushed and awkward Chelsea ensured I will never return nor will my family and I will not recommend it to anyone, when Someone goes to a healthcare professional( using the term lightly in this case) they want compassionate healthcare not a bitchy lecture from a snob with an attitude. Then after all of that they never even bothered to call with my test results. Seriously if in need go to their Belleview 1 location down the road its a completely different atmosphere the staff at their 1st location are actually professional and seem to care about something other than the dollar.

When I called I was able to get an appointment for the very next morning. I waited less than 10 minutes to be seen. Kim was very friendly and explained the I would be seeing Chelsea. Kim took my vitals and I only waited a few more minutes before seeing Chelsea, she was very thorough and explained what I had and what she was prescribing. The pharmacy I used explained that one of the medications was on my "do not take" list, Chelsea was quick to correct the prescription and I was able to take it with no issues. I would definitely return to Chelsea for any further treatments.

Im new to the area and found it very easy to make my first appointment on-line. I received a reminder e-mail and phone call about my appointment. The staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Rivera explained things very well and I was impressed that he called me personally to give me the results of my blood work a day after the tests were taken. Their on-line portal gives me access to my records and results. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Rivera!

I dont like to write negative reviews and dont like to go to the doctor so read this with a grain of salt. My experience at the clinic was not good. The nurse practitioner had absolutely no compassion and was in a hurry to get me out of the office. I miss the old days when the medical profession would actually take a few minutes to listen and possibly even try to figure out whats wrong with you. I wont be back.

Dr. Rivera has been my primary doctor for over 16 years. I would highly recommend him and his entire staff to anyone looking for a new doctor. I can always expect a call from Dr. Rivera after a visit that he does blood work. I have never called with a problem and asked to have him call me that he hasnt returned the call. I think he is a very caring doctor.

Ive beena patient of Dr. Rivera for years & he is the best. He listens & explains what/if there is a problem and he calls with test results. Ive never had a problem getting an appt or had a long wait. His staff is also friendly. I recently saw his PA Sabrina as a walk in and she is very good also. Theyre equipped w/x ray equipment and do their own labs.

My experience at Family Care Specialists Belleveiw 2 was very positive, All of the staff have a great attitude and are concerned about your needs and care. I only had to have a DOT Physical, But at the same time everyone cared about you as a person and not a number as most places do. I will definitely will return. Thank you.

Everyone was sooo nice and helpful. Apprehensive about having to change doctors because the doctor I went to chose not to take my insurance any longer and I did not want to change to medicare advantage. So happy with my new choice. Thank you Chelsea and Ocala Healthcare.

Chelsea is a wonderful care provider. She listens to the patient n doesnt rush u out the door. Great nurse assistant staff n wonderful place to go if your looking for a dr who actually listens n gets to know you the patient. Your more then a number to her n her staff....

I love this place!! Most of time when I am there its 30 minutes or less! I have been there for longer lengths but its rare! When other places in belleview you are there 3 hours plus! Only downside is they are closed on weekend but other than that no complaints

I have been Dr. Riveras patient for 16 + years and am 110% pleased with him. He asks, he listens as my wife (a nurse) says ..... he has a "feel" for medicine. We need more doctors with the integrity and sincerity that he has!
