If I could leave negative stars, I would. I had a sore throat that continued for weeks and my stepdaughter was diagnosed with mono, so I wanted to rule it in or out. I was able to be seen right away and the staff was nice. From this point forward it was a Seinfeld episode. The doctor asked assistant to draw my blood after a finger prick wasnt enough. She refused because she was not qualified to do so. Doctor kept insisting but she would not budge. Doctor fumbled to get tubing, syringe and butterfly. Doctor is ready to stick me and I remind him that I need a tourniquet. Doctor gets my vein right away bit did not prime the syringe correctly so my blood is pouring out onto the floor in a puddle. Doctor freaks and apologizes. Blood is drawn. Doctor yells for a cotton ball and does something that makes the blood start pouring into my forearm (all around) and my hand. Finally the doctor ends the bloodletting and tells the asst to grab the needle. She refuses and tells him thats not safe. They clean up my arm and are going back and forth as to best way to get the blood out to test it for mono. They go to the back and I hear the doctor frantic about getting my blood quickly before it clots or the test will be useless. The puddle is still on the floor. I get up and clean it and disinfect the floor w hand sanitizer. The doctor comes in and tells me the mono test is negative (btw he had told me earlier when the finger stick blood was in a Dixie cup that it looked like I was going to be negative for mono..before the blood draw...WHAAAAT!) I asked him if the test was an antibody test, he said "it is a test for mononucleosis, I said that I knew that but asked him again if it was an antibody test...he looks at me square in the face and says it was a mono test...so I looked at him and said never mind. He left and I spent quite some time to be "discharged" but while I waited the doctor popped into the room like Kramer (I kid you not)3 times to ask me random questions which I later figured were part of a questionnaire he needed to complete and kept forgetting to ask me. I guess its not too strange that I have zero faith in any conclusion this doctor has made. I sat in that examining room laughing my butt off at this insanity. $172.00 worth of entertainment at my expense in more ways than one. By far the most bizarre doctor visit of my life. This place was AWFUL!

First time using this type of clinic, pleasantly surprised, there was barely a wait time, and I think it was only due to Triage of another patient that was bleeding from a bad cut. Dr. Lee was professional, my only criticism, dinged one star on the review, I dont think Dr. Lee was listening to me, and kind of brushed me off with a referral to another more expensive doctor/specialist at his Hospital, when I feel like he should have been able to handle it, just a quick lance and flush. Anyhow, His nurse, very good with the needle, I didnt even feel it when she gave me a shot. I would go back to this place in a non-critical emergency.

I walked in and right from the start, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The place was empty when I went in so I waited less than one minute after finishing my paperwork. Dr. Lee is a very kind, nice, amd intelligent doctor. He was talking me through the whole process so I understood why he was doing what he was. He and the whole staff went the extra mile to help me and because of that, I wont go anywhere else now. Thank you all
