Office is a disorganized mess. Found out 6 months after being on a cpap machine that I should have made an appointment after month 1. NO FOLLOWUP and the Dr has only a 2 hour window (over lunch) to see non hospitalized patients on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.
