I was a suboxone patient of his and recently dismissed because of being falsely accused of leaving a urine sample in the exam room. My appointment was at 10:45 am and I was told by a nurse that wasnt even there that I was the only patient that had been in that exam room. When I arrived only the desk girl was working doing everyones job and atleast 2 patients were already in exam rooms. While I waited 3 more patients went back.I live an hour away from this office so when I was told by my pharmacist that I needed to return to the office and my prescription was being held until I did so I immediately called the office to find out the what the issue was.The receptionist was rude and told me I needed to come back and do another urine test I was confused but told her I would come back but it would take atleast half an hour for me to get there. A few minutes later I called again because I was seriously confused as to why I needed to do another i was angrily told that I had left a urine sample in the exam room and needed to do another one because they believed I brought it in from the outside. When I arrived there were police in the parking lot waiting for me.I went into the office and was told to remove all my clothing and put on a paper gown then the receptionist went into the bathroom with me where I had no problem giving them a new sample. The new sample was exactly the same as the first as I knew it would be! No drugs in my system! When I questioned what was going on and why I was being accused of this I was told to find a new doctor I did nothing wrong and instead of admitting that they had made a mistake I was treated horribly by all staff and escorted out by the police! EMILY I DONT KNOW HOW YOU CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT! You made this mistake and wont come forth and tell the truth! You people are only in it for the money and I hope your license to practice gets taken away. God and I know the truth and karma will get you Sincerely, Tomie Kann

Dr. Jeff is the best! I just had to call to ask about a minor side effect Im having due to a new medication...nothing even close to life threatening...Dr Jeff immediately got on the phone with me...knew who I was immediately (try getting that from metro) and talked me thru the issue right then....no waiting to hear back for days...no irritation that Im bothering them for a minor issue... Ive never had such great care from a Dr my entire life! Ive had many health issues and Dr Jeff is by far the best Dr Ive ever worked with. He personally calls you with results and the entire staff is incredibly kind and helpful! I highly highly recommend him! Ted Schmidt
