Since her change in locations and staff, Dr. MAGSINO has changed. I very much trusted her care for years. Unfortunately, the Doctor became more and more irratic and stressed, each time I saw her. Her new office is extremely small, especially the waiting room. Her mostly new staff are (I guess) directed to be brash, unrelentingly cold to the point of yelling and putting me into tears, as I was in severe states of pain. I would speak to Dr. MAGSINO who was on call, out of necessity, and was told to come in and see her. BUT, her staff became more abusive. I couldnt understand why Dr. MAGSINO would tell me to come in to see her, yet her staff was so rude to me. Finally, I had to accept that what she said to me personally, was not at all communicated to her staff, and nurse especially. It was awful, humiliating, and shocking. The Dr. I knew was a completely different person when I came in. I waited hours until the end of the day to finally see her. Then, I heard her complain out loud about walk-ins. I was so embarrassed. When she finally saw me, she said "this is the last time I will see you. You need to find another Dr. I couldnt believe it. I started to cry and left. I wrote her and her staff apologizing for anything and everything I could have done. I sent about 5 letters, no response. So, now all of my medications are running out, so I called to make a last appt. I was told that they sent out a letter to me almost 4wks earlier, stating I needed to make an appt within 30days and now, "we have no APPTS available". NO, I never received, an email, letter by mail, not even a smoke signal, not ANYTHING. If I had, I would have and stopped sending letters of apology-even though Dr. MAGSINO just wouldnt communicate to her staff, what she told me. Asinine. I finally got most of medications refilled. Not all, stating she never prescribed them. I sent the scripts from my Pharmacy. Still no. I was so upset, I spent 5 months trying to find a Medicare Doctor to fit me in, that could treat me. SO, unprofessional, so much stress and worry. Never, did this formally kind Doctor, say or send a word to me. Months later, I received an invite to join her more exclusive practice for a fee. Really? Terrible.

Let the Cookie crumble

We had gone to her for years until she recently she decided to give up taking care of her patients on commercial insurance and dropped us. We were given notice, however it was not enough time to secure a new PCP therefore leaving my husband without the ability to refill his prescriptions. Her staff would not refill and asked us not to bother them any more. I get that we all need to put food on the table, however I feel its extremely irresponsible to dump your patients until that have a new PCP! We had given her many referrals over the years. #extremelydissappointed

Dr Magsino is a gem in the swamp of Healthcare professionals. Her approach to Healthcare and medicine is centered on the individuals needs and not big pharmas agenda. She took her time with me to go over her medical philosophy and willing to work with me as an adult and not try to manage me by limiting prescription refills etc... Her staff seemed professional and competent. She may not fit everyones needs but she fits mine and my familys.

I had an appointment for her vaginal rejuvenation procedure, and as embarrassing as i thought it was going to, the doctor and her nurse made me feel so comfortable. Upon arriving and leaving, i was pleasantly greeted by her front desk girls. Who made me feel welcome and comfortable as well. I would recommend Dr. Magsino to anyone!!!

Dr. Magsino is the best doctor I have ever had. She has been my doctor for over 12 years. She takes her time with me and is very thorough. She started doing the hormone pellet for my chronic pain and now my pain has disappeared. I drive all the way from Tampa to see her. I highly recommend her! You will not be disappointed!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I rarely write reviews, but I had to for this. Dr. Magsino Is incredibly rude, especially to new patients. Im now looking for another doctor.
