My sister and I spent a week overnight with my father due to the lack of care by staff, cnas watching tv on their phones with head jacks in....rough treatment of my father, nurses and other staff arguing in front of my father .... nurses that were supposed to be in my fathers room to watch him over night asleep ... no communication between staff ... and I can go on all I have to say if you can take your loved ones else where please do. their life may depend on it .....

Inattentive night staff, be weary if your loved one needs special attention. Very obtuse and disconnected upper management, if you have other options choose them.
