Excellent facility! Offering help to all. Detox, mental health, diagnosis & meds with excellent follow up. Vets and civilians on different wings. 28 day programs inpatient for drugs/alcohol, PTSD. Excellent programs for in patients and as out-patients. Very caring and understanding staff. Big thumbs up to Craig, Kelli (btw Kelli, this winks for you! Lol ;-) ) as well as a sorry, so bad with names , blonde chick I wanna call Elissa. And my fav night time peeps. You guys offered the help I needed during my time I need the stress free environment I need. Also a beautiful courtyard. Also absolute privacy. They will practically deny your ex existence on earth with out a pre determined four digit code. My bill was broken down for me in a clear and precise manner. Food is good, nothing to write home about but balanced and recognizable. :-) Props to the kitchen staff. They do a great job making you get enough to eat. I also noticed a lot of outstanding things done by staff, bathrooms cleaned and sanitized on a daily basis. As stated before, there are different wings for different situations; as Ive sure youve guessed by now, I had a recent stay. I know people wonder about these places, so I believe this review is important. One other thing I would like to add, is the blend of people on my civilian wing. We all got along quite well and all had the same type of overwhelming experience in their own way. If its all just getting to the point where youve run out of options, this is a great place to "defrag" make the call. I can personally recommend THIS option first. Youll be glad you did. "I have had good experiences and bad experiences in my life. Sometimes so bleak I didnt know what to do. The nice part is YOU HAVE MADE IT THRU THOSE BAD TIMES 100% of the time" If you can, this place is well worth a donation of any kind.

This hospital claims to offer help to people dealing with mental health issues in need but that is absolutely not the case. It is my opinion the hospital is a business first and will keep the people with insurance while throwing the ones without, out early. The people with insurance are held longer and their needs are never addressed nor met. There is no therapy, the group therapy is an absolute joke. You are told you have a treatment team which is supposed to include a psychiatrist, social worker, nurse, therapist etc when in fact you dont meet these people nor interact with them....Dr. Pancheva is the worst psychiatrist I have ever encountered. She doesnt listen to your needs and will put you on meds you cannot tolerate or in the past have not worked for you and even hold you against your will, even when you are 100% ok. Please reconsider if you believe this is the place for you. It is not. It is demeaning, unproductive and an insurance scam.

This place is a waist of time unless you or a family member are in need of some lock up time. Im not saying that the staff or employees are bad, there is just no therapy at all. What "therapy" there is consists of trying to suggest medicines to bandaid your issues or non focused group therapy that is good for general depression but, terrible at working with more specific issues such as autism or schizophrenia.

Never been here but the two times I have called they are very rude or put me on hold for an extended period of time. If this is the way they treat you before you go there, I would hate to see the way they treat you when you get there.

I have visited but never been a resident. I know a few frequent fryers that return for seasonal stays. Expectedly Expensive.
