I really cannot say anything positive. I am so disappointed. I do not know where to begin. I think I can understand why Dr.s leave this practice as mine did. I wish I would have been notified so that I could have made arrangements to follow him to his new practice. The problem is the receptionist said that he left over a year ago. But when you call and get diverted to a voicemail system as I did to see up a yearly appointment his name is still one of the choices? Why would it still be there if he left over a year ago?

They rarely answer the phone. Going there I was treated like just another number. The doctor really just wanted to get me in and out. She wasnt interested in hearing me out nor was she concerned about what I am going through. I get so sick that I have had to leave a great job twice and cannot work full time anymore. This is my life that is being ruined, and she just wanted to get through the appointment as quickly as possible. I cant believe I waited 3 months for this... Im so glad Im moving to the Detroit area...

I was diagnosed with blood in my stool over a month ago and a referral was sent to Bronson Gastroenterology. I have had experience with them in the past, specifically Dr. Webb and it wasnt a good one. Very impersonal and none of my questions were answered satisfactorily. I had to call my Drs. office to ask for a referral elsewhere. I will never deal with them again.

Good luck getting called back and getting answers from them. Im a quad and there treating me like a Ginny pig. Wife and home nurse suggest things and they do the total opposite.

Rude staff, poor communications when doctors leave practice, and long wait times for appointments. Would not recommend this office to anyone!
