I came here for 4 years and it is one of my biggest regrets. I did Accutane and in less than 6 months after my face was a disaster again; equally as bad as before showing not a single bit of improvement. My hair was falling out and Dr. Cohen told me I was "unrealistic expectations" and told me he had nothing else. After searching for another Dr. I finally found one Dr. Jay Gottlieb and in less than 6 months cured my acne completely. To this day I do not have a single pimple ever and my hair is not falling out. Instead of turning the responsibility on my endocrinologist, gynecologic and general practitioner like Dr Cohen did, Dr Gottlieb ran tests, read 4 years of medical history taken by Dr. Cohen and ultimately made a plan and cured me. I remember being in Dr. Cohens office in tears telling him how my face was back to how it was after all those months of treatment and him arguing that it was way better than before. My mother even argued back saying no, she is witness to it being the same and he told us we obviously cannot see what he did. His 5 minute visit was over whatever his patient was saying. My endocrinologist gave me Vitamin pills high in Biotin to help with my hair loss since Dr. Cohen wasnt doing anything and when I showed him the pills he told me it was a Placebo and that I would do me nothing. Well turns out Biotin can make you break out and Dr. Gottlieb explained to me that vitamins like that would hurt me and prescribed me a medication for my hair, that actually worked. I am beyond disappointed in this Dr. and the staff is also terrible. Always a struggle to get prescriptions refilled and lab work. Always and issue.

Ive been leaving messages for 2 days just to make an appointment. I was referred by my best friend who is a patient. While Dr. Cohen may be the greatest doctor in the world, his staff are a joke! My first call, they placed me on hold numerous times until the point where I finally had to hang up. Then I called back for 2 days with no answer just voicemail. I left repeated messages to call me back. If this is what to expect as a patient, assuming that you ever get an appointment, then he is not worth the effort. If my staff did not return calls I would fire them.

Waste of a co pay. I got a second opinion at another facility and they were 10 xs more thorough then this place. My treatment was also affordable at my second opinion versus here. I wouldnt return or refer anyone. His response for excess hair was to get pricey laser removal.

The staff on the front desk is very rude and unwilling to help out the patient. She did not even listen for a request to a patient that was coming late......
