I was there six months ago for removing a cyst from my nose. the doctor Evan examined it and gave me two options: 1. to inject a medicine that will dissolved the cyst but it might be back again. or, 2. to remove by a small medical surgery and he also assured to me that the cyst will never back again. So I decided to take the second option and paying the amount of $300. Unfortunately, I had to back again because the cyst that shouldnt have never back again, CAME BACK! and what a surprise that the doctor Evan Schlam denied his words in my first visit and asked me to pay $300 AGAIN! I am sure it is a total scam because we as a patients trust on the doctors in every word. please save your money and find another doctor.

Do not spend your time or money on this facility. I had a severe skin reaction for which after several paid visits was told to get a skin patch test. What a joke. They took the patches off within 24 hours, did not tell me to come back a day later to see if I had a delayed reaction. After visiting an allergist I was told that the patch test they conducted was defective. Had to pay for a new one and it showed that I have an allergy to almost 4 different chemicals. In addition, get use to seeing a PA. Stay away unless you want to waste your time and money!!!

So.... talk about speedy service. The facility was very presentable, clean, plenty of chairs and I kid you not, my time there from start to finish was 15 minutes the most. It was my first time there and even the front desk was very thorough in reviewing my 1 page patient info sheet. I needed to get a skin tag removed and it was done just like that. For a person who likes to gets things done, I will certainly go back. I only dealt with the PA at this visit but the reception was well done, overall.

I instantly liked the office because the waiting room is large and clean. The front desk checked me in quickly and I did not have to wait for the PA for more then 3 minutes. PA S. Kwiatkowski was very nice and informative. She completed a quick procedure and provided me with a couple skin care products. I was in and out in half an hour.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY. No bedside manner whatsoever from snooty little brat taking over Daddys practice. Front desk full of rude bitches. Next stop, Derm Boards.

I have visited this office a number of times and I am always treated with excellent service. I normally see the PA and she is awesome! I highly recommend.
