Short wait times and nice facility. I went in with the hopes of finding a great dermatologist who could help me. Dr. Pompa was very nice. My first visit was great. She listened to all of my questions and gave feedback. However, my second visit was not as great. She was rushed, confused as to why her initial treatment wasnt working, and gave me no information. She never mentioned receiving my previous doctors chart, either. I left not knowing what exactly I was prescribed or what to do. I called my pharmacy to see what she called in. It wasnt covered. I called to have them change it. That took an entire week with me calling EVERY DAY. I also asked for her to call me to clarify what my previous chart said. She never called me. She finally called it in and never notified me. When I went to pick up my medicine, they told me it wasnt filled due to it interacting with my current medicine. Why didnt she check my chart before prescribing me this? Better yet, did she NOT listen to me when I asked if my current meds could be causing my problem?! I was contacted today by my insurance telling me that one of the prescriptions she gave me is NOT FDA APPROVED and that they will not cover it. I do not recommend Dr. Pompa or Mayoral Dermatology.

I completely disagree with the previous review. Perhaps it was one bad experience but my visit to dr mayoral was above all my expectations.
From the moment I called as a new patient through the entire visit I was treated properly and promptly.
As a new patient, I was able to fill out my info online. So when I got to my appoint no paper just present id and insurance card.

I was told in advance when making my appoint I would see Sabrina Hanna de solo, PA. I was concerned because I had read the online review posted here. Let me tell you she was EXCELLENT.
Curious, professional, and straight to the point. I recommend seeing her without any hesitation.

Knowledgable doctors, friendly & efficient staff, modern "zen" office!!! Honestly, I cant give them enough praise. From skin cancer screening to advices & technology on how to keep me looking young, the mayoral crew knows what theyre doing. If youre looking for a dermatologist, call them up!

Very disappointed with this office , went in to get fillers and it looked horrible, doctor tried to convince me it looked great. I had to go to another office to get the restylane dissolved.
