On my first visit, there was quite a long wait to see Marty, the PA. Once I got in, she asked that I return for a second visit for a procedure. I was reluctant to do so but she said "no charge." I assumed this was because it was so minor and she typically could have done it that day if she wasnt already running so far behind (she said she needed to wait for the area to be numb) During this second appointment she again repeated, "no charge." Over 8 months later I received a voicemail asking me to call Caroline regarding my balance. I called immediately and found that the "no charge" appoinment had acutally resulted in quite a balance. However, I never had received ANYTHING from the office regarding this. I requested an invoice. Instead, I received a journal report full of insurance codes that told me nothing about what I was being billed for. When I called to again request a standard invoice, Caroline told me she already went "above and beyond" to send me that report and could not send me a regular invoice. She then threatened to send me to collections if payment was not received in 10 days. I was extremely shocked and offended as I was certainly not trying to get out of paying what I owe... I just want to understand what these charges are, especially considering I thought I was through with this office over 8 months ago! I called again to speak with the office manager, Sandy, who wouldnt even let me get a word in! If you decide to go here, get anything Marty says about your billing IN WRITING and be prepared for the miserable, incompetent office ladies throughout the entire experience.

Up until recently I had no problems with this office soon as there was a discrepancy with a script I had gotten I was treated as if I was incompetent. I am very well aware of my healthcare status as I too am in the health field and I understand that mistakes happen however, Michelle didnt even give me the courtesy of calling me back as her patient but had Vera her very rude assistant call me back and she also spoke to me as if I was incompetent asking me very sarcastically "do I know the difference between a gel and a cream". I came there for help not to be talked down to. As my physician they should just told me the medications were the same as I am not the physician but the patient if I knew I wouldnt be there for help!

Awful. Every Doctors appointment was awful. Marty (who always rushes through each appointment with me) was rude and giving me an attitude when I told her I was done trying medications. She pushed me to come back and pushed meds on me. She was rude with me, and even said something about my weight (which had nothing to do with what I was there for.) She tried telling me about another situation she "thought" I had, but I didnt care to hear it because she was not my doctor for that situation. The one medication I was on was awful and did opposite of what it should of done. She is a horrible Doctor and would not recommend this place. The only nice thing about it was the lady who took me back to my room!

This doctor is a whole joke! And it sucks that this is the only dermatologist in beaver county. I went to him when I was pregnant, I even left work early because I had concerns about my arm which was swollen I worked at the airport and ended up having medics check out me arm I even went to the we the first time anyways long story short I was told to see a dermatologist which unfortunately was "Doctor" Stiegel. Instead of looking at my armhe decided to check acne marks on my face

I was informed months after a procedure that I owed a diagnostic lab money when I was told I was covered. I was also sled to believe I was covered for a procedure then later received a voicemail of an impending balance. The physicians assistant I saw was lovely and efficient but the office as a whole seem to be crooks. I later found out my father received several procedures before they informes him he wasnt covered and they left him with a $400 bill. Terrible people

Never saw the doctor. Saw the PA. Was prescribed a medication that did not work the first time. Paid 30 dollars co-pay. Office attempted to double bill the insurance company, and then demand that I cover the costs not covered by insurance. Illegal practice called balance billing. Will NEVER EVER USE THIS PRACTICE AGAIN. Attempted to file complaint with AMA.

No idea why the bad reviews. Friendly staff, Dr. is awesome. Never had an issue personally. And as to anyone that states something was prescribed that didnt work, well sometimes meds dont always work the first time and you might need to try something else, you didnt come here because you have a common cold.

My son has gone to Michelle for a few years. She is very kind, caring and compassionate as well as very thorough, knowledgeable, and just a great skin doctor. I would highly recommend Michelle to my family and friends. Great person and excellent skin care professional!

If I could rate no stars I would... The front desk is so incompetent . I was hesitant on going to Dr. Steigel because Ive had bad experiences in the past ...but decided to give them another try what a mistake that was.

I had the best experience here. Everyone was no nice and welcoming. I have never been to a dermatologist before and I was very nervous to be there. The staff was incredible and I was in and out. I was seen by the PA.

Rude front desk check-in lady - needs to get an attitude adjustment. However the PA (Martha) we saw is fantastic as is the nurse who took us back to the exam room.
