Whenever I go, I am always 30 minutes before my appointment, and I still don’t get seen until after 2 hours of being there. And to have to sit outside in the hallway on the floor is CRAZY!!!!! If they call in a prescription and the insurance doesn’t cover it, after the pharmacy’s has called the doctor’s office to inform them of that, the office will never call back the pharmacy with a new prescription, or even the patient to let know what is going on. Now when I call to see what the problem is I get We are so sorry!!!! This is crazy and no way to run an office.. It’s crazy because I see that another patient made a complaint, and I was there that day, because if you can see there are two people in the far back in the hallway, one with a red and white stripe shirt, and a woman sitting across from her is no other than my daughter and myself…

Im Giving you one star because i cant give me you 0. The doctors are amazing! Let me tell you i have been a client there for almost 4 years today i went with my fiance as usual for my appointment how we have always done it in the past. I have refered to them 13 customers in buy they lost me as a loyal customer. Because they told us they could only help ond at the time. And i had to rewchedule at a later date. Very rude of them ti give preference to new customers. And to ignore my loyalty i will never return to them and you guys thought i was joking well am serious.

I would not recommend going to this dermatology clinic. The officer manger has No people skills and has a major attitude problem. She did not want to work with my situation, when it was the clinic fault that they did not explain things clearly to me. She did not seem to care that I was going to walk out upset and she was going to lose the business of 3 people, on something that would have been easy to fix.I guess they can afford to turn people away, and treat them with disrespect. Please do not waste your time going here, it will save you time and money.

Make sure you take the day off to go for the appointment. I made an appointment and didnt take the day off at work thinking that it was going to be an hour or two. I got there and the room was full of people waiting and standing with no place to sit. They schedule so many people at once that the wait is too long to bear. Turned around and left. Will look for a dermatologist that has some respect for patients time.

THE WOMEN WHO WORK THE FRONT DESK ARE RUDE. THEY WONT CALL YOUR INSURANCE TO SEE IF MEDICINE IS COVERED. WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY TAKE A DAY TO CALL YOU BACK. SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY. they ONLY HAVE ONE WOMEN IN THE FRONT DESK NAMED MARIA SHES THE ONLY ONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO CALL THE INSURANCE AND SHES SUPER RUDE.

I worked in dermatology for 6 years. I saw the PA Jannel Pichardo. She was awesome. Very personable and sweet. Great bedside manner. The office staff was a little cold but I assume it was because they were busy.

Very disappointed. Waiting over 1 hour. So crowded and inefficient patients are asked to sit on floor in the hallway. Avoid this place.

first time here... didnt have to wait long. the staff was friendly and Dr Pichardo was very warm and professional.
