I feel that I was lied too both by the website and your office regarding the Laser Hair Removal I had done at your office that is misleading and did not work. My complaint is not with Lori as she was great however I am very disappointed in the treatment I paid almost $3,000 for. Last year I saw your office and was told I am an ideal candidate for the laser hair removal which I got done on my Back, Neck, under neck, shoulders, and arms. I spent close to $3,000 and had all 7 treatments done but a month later after the 7th treatment all the hair started coming back so I made an appointment and even Lori looked stunned as to why so much hair came back. I then spent another $400 for another treatment which again happened the following month where all the hair came back, she upped the laser and tried again and said that should do the trick after spending another $400 that time. I then advised her I was moving to Seattle, WA since my job transferred me and that she assured me that 9th treatment got rid of the hair prior to me moving. After moving 4 months later the majority of the hair came back which I was told by your office and website that I would see an 85% reduction in hair however that is not the case. I made an appointment and saw another Laser Hair Removal specialist in my area in Seattle at Ideal Image and they looked at my hair and stated that the reason I am seeing all the hair grow back is because your office is using the wrong type of Laser and it is not made for removing Hair and is mostly used for removing skin spots. Now I am having to spend another $3000 to have 8 treatments done using the correct type of laser at the new place I am seeing called Ideal Image. I am very upset and disappointed about the fact that I spent $3,000 at your location and went through all these treatments for almost a year being told by your Dermatologist specialists that your laser removes up to 85% reduction in hairs when that is clearly not the case and then being told by another specialist that your office isnt even using the right type of laser, I feel very mislead and that I wasted my money by your services.

I was asked by a close friend to come with her for a minor procedure (one Ive been in the room for several times in 3 different hospitals) to help comfort her. The doctor lead on that it would be fine for me to stay in the room and continued speaking to the patient about having me in the room for her but then at the last second, as the procedure started, they forced me to leave the room. As understandable as it is to not want someone in the room, it was still INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL that they kept chatting with us and saying it was fine for me to stay and then kicked me out last second. Not only was this unprofessional, but it got the patient worked up and more scared than ever. The doctor should have made that clear, instead of just telling the patient what they wanted to hear(lying) and then ripping the rug out from underneath them AS THEIR PROCEDURE STARTED. This is a small case, but if your doctors cant even handle being honest and straight with a patient, about something so simple, I cant imagine trusting them with any more serious information. All further appointments will be canceled and well be finding a new dermatologist.

I was very disappointed with the level of customer service and care I received. My appointment was at 3:10p. I arrived at 2:45p. I wasnt informed at check in that they were running behind which would have been the best time to inform me of that. When everyone in the waiting room, including those that came in after me went back, and 3:50p rolled around I was still waiting. When I asked the check in clerk how much longer I still wasnt informed that they were running behind and I never once received any sort of apology for having to wait 40 minutes before being taken back. The tech/nurse never apologized and the PA I saw didnt either. I was also disappointed with the level of care. I felt like the PA was rushing me out of the door to the point I didnt feel I had enough time to discuss all of the concerns I had. I received a few diagnoses that werent explained in depth and for all of this I was charged $70 after insurance. I honestly do not feel like I received the amount of healthcare or time that I deserved and I am very disappointed with the service provided here. I will not be coming back.

Extremely unhappy with my out come i went in for a few miles to be removed wasnt confident in the staff and then was called back because 1 was supposed cancer I was not explained to about the fact I would be left with a horrific scar and went ahead thinking it would just be a small unnoticeable incision during the procedure I realised the Dr was allowing a nurse to practice stitching me up leaving me with a 2 in scar that has stretched and requires a revision after the procedure the Dr gave a dirty look I didnt understand and when walking out a few of the other nurses ? My return when I told them they were horrified by what the Dr had done and he told them to shut up and left. never ever use this dermatologist they are very bad I went in for an improvement of my body and left with a horrific scar that i now have to find a revision specialist to repair.

My hair was falling out and I have alopecia (thanks for the pattern baldness in females whatever genealogical thing is in charge of that.) Dr. Schlesinger had me start using a strengthening shampoo and IT WORKED!! My hair is more full and has stopped falling out and it is not fuzzy anymore. I also use BIOTIN FORTE to strengthen hair and nails. You should go to their office and let them help you, too!

Mohs surgery for cancer under my right eye a difficult place to suture. No problems with recovery and very pleased with the outcome. Can hardly tell may bag had the bottom cut. Doctor Schlesinger and his staff are top notch and if one needs this care I dont think you could do better. A long time patient.

My experience here is top flight. Both Drs Slesinger and Buthorne put me at ease. Most amazing to me is the absence of pain both during and after my surgeries. I appreciated the private waiting room provided between surgery, skin testing and stitching.
